In that form, he can fire powerful shockwaves from his palms. Those shockwaves are strong enough to send the entire Blackbeard Pirates crew flying. Sengoku rarely transforms, but when he does, it is clear why he was once the most powerful Marine in the world.

2. Onimaru (69)

Onimaru is a komagitsune, which is basically a fox, who ate the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Onyudo. This fruit lets him transform into a large humanoid monk yokai. In this form, he goes by the name Gyukimaru and can speak like a human. He spent nearly two decades guarding the graves of Ringo in Wano Country all on his own. Loyal, resilient, and easy to underestimate, Onimaru is one of the most quietly impressive characters in One Piece.

3. Loki (63)

Loki is the prince of Elbaph and one of the most terrifying giants alive. He ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhöggr, which turns him into the largest dragon in the entire world. Because of his Ancient Giant heritage, his dragon form is even bigger than a normal user's would be. He can breathe powerful lightning blasts and fly. Loki is so dangerous that it took Shanks himself to bring him down, and even then, he had help.

4. Kaido (59)

Few characters in One Piece history have been built up the way Kaido was. He ate the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which transforms him into a massive Azure Dragon. His dragon form lets him fly using Flame Clouds, breathe fire, summon lightning, and create tornadoes. His hybrid form is just as terrifying. He was considered the strongest creature in the world for a reason. It took Luffy's awakened Gear 5, combined with the Advanced Conqueror's Haki, to finally put him down.

Kurozumi Orochi was one of the most despised villains in One Piece, and his fruit matched his personality perfectly. The Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Yamata no Orochi, turned him into an eight-headed serpent from Japanese mythology. Each head could speak independently, and he had to be decapitated eight times to actually die. He was never a skilled fighter, but the fruit made him nearly impossible to kill. 8. Yamato (28)

Yamato ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami, a fruit that transforms him into a divine wolf deity, the guardian of Wano. Along with the transformation, the fruit grants him the ability to generate and control ice. He can use it offensively or coat his body and weapons with it. The fruit is so powerful that even Kaido acknowledged it as mighty. Yamato held his own against his father for a significant period of time, which is not something many people in One Piece can claim.

9. Luffy (19)

The youngest confirmed user on this list also has the most powerful Mythical Zoan in One Piece. Luffy's fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, was renamed and hidden by the World Government for centuries because of how dangerous it is. Ragnir is a giant warhammer that has been alive for centuries after consuming the Risu Risu no Mi, Model: Ratatoskr. This Mythical Zoan lets it transform into a massive ice squirrel. It can produce ice and freezing mists that flash-freeze targets on contact. Anything frozen by Ragnir cannot thaw unless Ragnir wills it. It spent hundreds of years guarding Elbaph's national treasure Devil Fruit before finally finding a worthy master in Prince Loki.

2 - 6. The Five Elders: Saturn, Ju Peter, Nusjuro, Mars, and Warcury

These five rule the World Government from the shadows in One Piece, and each one carries an awakened Mythical Zoan. Saturn transforms into a massive bull-spider called a Gyuki. Ju Peter becomes a colossal sandworm capable of swallowing entire groups whole. Nusjuro takes the form of a skeletal horse called a Bakotsu and is the fastest of the five. Mars transforms into the Itsumade, a bird-serpent creature that can fire energy beams. Warcury becomes the Fengxi, a giant tusked boar with hide so tough that even Gear 5 Luffy hurt his own hand punching it.

Stronger is Doc Q's horse and a rare case of an animal eating a Mythical Zoan in One Piece. The Uma Uma no Mi, Model: Pegasus, gave him wings and the ability to fly. Cerberus is Figarland Shamrock's sword, brought to life by an unnamed Mythical Zoan. It transforms into a massive three-headed dog and has already achieved awakening, making it the only known inanimate Zoan to do so. Each of its three heads can manifest giant blades and detach independently, propelling themselves through the air using jets of flame. It is one of the scariest weapons introduced in One Piece's final saga.

9. Killingham

Saint Rimoshifu Killingham is a Knight of God who ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin. This fruit lets him transform into a qilin and put people to sleep, then manifest their dreams or nightmares into reality. He used this to summon massive nightmare creatures called MMAs to terrorize Elbaph. He appears younger than most Knights of God, though his exact age is unknown. His power is wildly creative and genuinely unsettling in the right context.
