What happened in Black Clover Season 2 Episode 3?

This act also activated the contracts of Vanica, Dante, and Zenon, enabling them to transform into their most powerful forms. Dante began shredding Jack, while Vanica was too strong for Charlotte. The transformed Zenon healed all the injuries inflicted on Yuno by the devil.

Then, the second ancient devil was seen hovering over the Clover Kingdom. The Magic Knights were able to redirect the energy blast. Damnatio employed the Scale Magic, while Julius sealed the attack with Glimmer. Then, he managed to age his body by ten years using the power of Damnatio, which made the devil’s arm weaker.

With Asta’s arrival with Gimodelo, the devil started shooting his four-arm blast that struck Asta. Asta used the Devil Union with Liebe to erase it with anti-magic. He managed to dismember the devil within five minutes.

The Spade Kingdom was assaulted by devils as the resistance tried to fend them off. The Black Bulls quickly arrived and annihilated the devils with a united effort. The Magic Knights were shown learning the Ultimate Magic from the elves in a flashback where they used the same to obliterate the devils. Soon after, mid-tier devils emerged with Luck killing them with the use of the Ultimate Lightning Magic.
