Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2 turns Goku’s anticipated fight into a reality quicker than for those who watched the original 2015 series. Beerus is awake, and the Oracle Fish finally comes up with a name, bringing the God of Destruction to King Kai’s planet. Goku is unaware of what is happening.
Unfortunately, Goku loses terribly. In Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2, Goku tries all three stages of Super Saiyan, but Beerus easily defeats him each time. The pacing of the show is faster than before. The animation quality in the most mocked scenes from the original series has improved significantly.
Beerus goes hunting for a Super Saiyan God

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2 opens with Elder Kai and Supreme Kai panicking. Beerus has woken up, and they fear he might destroy a planet if something irritates him. Their apprehensions worsen when King Kai admits to them that Goku is training in his place.
Beerus has no recollection of the name from his dream. The Oracle Fish has also forgotten it and, as a punishment, cuts its meals from three times a day to two times a day. The fish recalls that name as Super Saiyan God, and Beerus remembers that the Saiyans might know it.
Goku and Beerus finally meet in Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2

Goku is practicing so vigorously that he damages King Kai's property. As punishment, King Kai scolds him, and Beerus's name accidentally slips out of his mouth. Goku is curious about who Beerus is when Beerus's energy arrives. In anticipation of Beerus's arrival, King Kai tries to hide Goku, but it is too late for that.
After showing him how to behave correctly, Goku finally comes out. Beerus asks him about Super Saiyan God, which Goku has never heard of. Beerus mentions he would prefer to consult Vegeta on Earth instead, but Goku insists on battling him. King Kai tries to stop Goku, but Beerus agrees to the fight.
Three forms and no damage

Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan, but Beerus dodges all of his attacks without breaking a sweat. In Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2, Goku powers up to Super Saiyan 2 and gets the same response. Beerus instructs Goku to show his full power. Goku powers up to Super Saiyan 3, and the whole planet shakes. Beerus notes that it is stronger than the previous forms.
Goku goes for a punch, which Beerus stops with a couple of fingers. A large explosion of energy comes on screen, but Beerus emerges unscathed. In this episode, we can see many redrawn frames that show Goku’s face, hair, and hands in much better quality. The episode also introduces some background music and adds a scene where Beerus studies Goku, resting his chin on his hand.
Instinct buys Goku a moment, then it ends
Goku manages to jump away before Beerus can make an attack. Beerus claims he was about to hit Goku and considers Goku a swordmaster. However, Goku did not realize the God’s presence - he only felt a sense of danger through his experience. It is an essential aspect of the manga, which can be seen in Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2.
Beerus then hits Goku on the forehead and makes his next attack. Super Saiyan 3 goes away, and Goku is lying down in the form of his base. The fight ended much faster than it took Goku to transform. Beerus is still unclear about Super Saiyan God and is headed out with Whis. Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 2 creates an enormous gap and sends Beerus to Earth, where Vegeta is waiting.
