This new chapter showed us how Ibuki dealt with the gang members who had surrounded him. With his lightning-based sorcery, he showed us how destructive he can be at the same time he also revealed that he knows what the government is planning, as there might be a way. But before there is more development, we are given more context about Ibuki's violent history.

It is revealed that he had killed his father, who was a police officer. Then we are introduced to his brother Natsuki, who comes to challenge him for a fight. Even with a 0-132 record, we do not see him backing down. It did not take a lot of effort from Ibuki's side to once again defeat his brother.
