Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 3: Roxy steps into her new life as Rudeus's wife

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 3 starts with a calm morning in the Greyrat household. Rudeus wakes up at Roxy's side. He then greets Sylphie and their kid Lucy as the three of them sit down for breakfast.

Rudeus goes to Ranoa University of Magic once again with Roxy with him, who is now a teacher, and meets old pals and also tries to adjust to a new routine after going through a tough time.

A Morning at Home

In Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 3, we see Rudeus waking up next to Roxy. He then comes out to see Sylphie and Lucy. When Roxy sees this scene of them, she feels a bit jealous, leading Sylphie to pull her leg over the events of the previous night.

As for Zenith, she is still unable to communicate because of the effects of her antics from season one. Norn is studying hard in the vicinity, while Aisha, Rudeus's half-sister, via his dad Paul and the maid Lilia, joins them before breakfast.

Roxy Speaks Up at the University in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 3

Rudeus makes his way back to Ranoa University of Magic, where Roxy is about to begin teaching. As he prepares to leave, Roxy confides in him about something that has been bothering her: that he, in the past, has only ever referred to her as his teacher, never as his wife.

Surprised, Rudeus hugs her and professes his love out loud, after which Sylphie jokingly asks him to do the same for her. At that very moment, Norn appears out of nowhere and gets embarrassed before heading to her own classes, just as Rudeus resolves to protect her from any possible trouble.

Reunions and a Wife's Introduction

When Rudeus gets back to the university in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 3, he sees people he knows, like Zanoba, Julie, and Cliff, who somehow get a kick out of how loyal he is to Elinalise. Then, Roxy comes into the room and introduces herself as Rudeus's second wife, which leads to the class freaking out.

Cliff wastes no time teasing Rudeus for keeping the secret so long, and their conversation shifts toward Norn's adjustment to the new family arrangement. The banter highlights how much has changed for Rudeus since returning to his studies, even as old friendships remain intact.

A New Arm and a Warm Homecoming

Zanoba presents a new magical prosthetic made for Rudeus's missing arm, and as Rudeus adds mana into its workings, the arm functions like a natural hand. Rudeus is amazed at the way the arm works as it responds to the combined spells he performs, leading to a close of the show where the arm gets its name reflecting both Zanoba and Cliff.

At home, Aisha notices the arm and bursts into tears. Later in the evening, Rudeus visits a shrine and silently thinks of what his family had to go through to arrive at this moment.
