Tomb Raider King Episode 10 is here, and Joo-Heon's journey has started to get more dangerous as he is now dealing with powerful relics, the growing threat of Pandora, and a mysterious illness that has the potential to affect countless people. Interestingly, this installment had a balance of comedic moments and intense action. Most of it was because of Irene having side effects from her relic.

The story started with Joo-Heon and Irene dealing with the power of the Midas relic. In Tomb Raider King Episode 10, this relic split into two parts, and the main lead realised that to take control of the situation, Irene had to use her abilities. She was initially hesitant about herself because she did not have enough confidence to handle such a powerful relic.

However, Joo-Heon was supportive and encouraged her to focus and assert her dominance. Because of his encouragement, she was able to establish a contract with the relic. This is an important character development moment in the episode as the pair are getting capable of working together and handling strong pressure. Before anyone could call this a clean victory, it turns out that there is a catch.

In Tomb Raider King Episode 10, it is explained that the relics, which are incredibly powerful, can also have dangerous side effects that directly affect their users. Then comes the funniest part of this installment, as Irene starts having some side effects of the Midas relic. Initially, Joo-Heon is worried that something terrible might have happened to her, but he soon discovers that Irene has developed a strong desire to connect with her deepest feelings.

Turns out that she wants to smell the protagonist's scent. The relic's effects cause the user's normal desire to become much stronger. Irene's reaction is amusing to fans because she just wants to stay close to Joo-Heon and enjoy his scent. Naturally, Joo-Heon is not able to understand what is happening and misreads the current situation.

Additionally, in Tomb Raider King Episode 10, he even starts to wonder if he smells bad, while Irene has gotten comfortable around him. It is because she associates his scent with a sense of safety and familiarity. This is undoubtedly one of the most hilarious moments that has also started to make the romantic tension between these two characters pretty obvious. Irene's feelings towards him are getting obvious, and at the same time, Joo-Heon is dense when it comes to romance.

Pandora becomes an even bigger threat

Tomb Raider King Episode 10 also expands the role of Pandora, an international organization that claims to be protecting humanity from the dangers posed by relics. They have announced strict regulations concerning relic possession and access. However, Joo-Heon immediately sees through the organization's claims.

Rather than simply protecting people, this organization wants to control relics and maintain its influence over others. This makes them another obstacle for the protagonist and his allies. Meanwhile, Keira Clark showcases her relic, which is again one of the most terrifying ones to possess. She can attack targets from an incredible distance if she can identify their location.

Everything takes a darker turn in Tomb Raider King Episode 10 when Joo-Heon discovers that Irene’s parents are suffering from Relic Syndrome. The illness is caused by prolonged exposure to relics and can gradually destroy a person's body. Joo-Heon recognizes the symptoms immediately because he has encountered the disease before.

What concerns him most is how quickly Irene's parents' condition has deteriorated. He does realize that their illness might be sped up because of some other relic user. If this theory ends up being true, then it would mean that there is someone who is actively making their condition worse. Joo-Heon decides that the only solution is to find a relic capable of producing medicine.

The next stage of Joo-Heon's mission revolves around Xufu’s Relic, which could provide the key to creating a cure for Relic Syndrome. Joo-Heon learns that the relic is connected to the legendary search for immortality and could potentially be used alongside a medical relic to produce a treatment.

His search eventually takes him underground, where he encounters Edward and gathers more information about the relic. Overall, Tomb Raider King Episode 10 is an important episode for both the story and its characters. With Joo-Heon now pursuing another powerful relic and Keira Clark operating in the shadows, the next episode promises to raise the stakes even further.
