The Bold and the Beautiful is currently heating up with the rift between the Logan sisters, Brooke and Katie, over the latter’s ambitious plan of a fashion house rivalling Forrester Creations. As a result, the feud between their husbands, Ridge and Bill, has escalated. While Eric’s designs are a bone of contention between the two parties, their rivalry can affect others in town, including the marital peace of Hope and Liam. Meanwhile, fans wonder which B&B characters can build a fashion business and succeed.
5 possible fashion entrepreneurs on The Bold and the Beautiful
1) Steffy Forrester

Although serving as co-CEO of Forrester Creations, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is a great business strategist and fashion icon. She was born into a family that owns the famous fashion company, and her father and grandfather are both legendary designers.
Steffy understands the fashion business, market trends, and the importance of modern branding. She has displayed fashion lines and walked the ramp. As such, she knows all aspects of the industry and would take a new business to its success if she tried her hand at it.
2) Ridge Forrester

Just like his daughter, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was raised by a legendary fashion designer, his father, Eric (John McCook). Moreover, he is a fashion designer himself. As the co-CEO of his father’s company, he has a great network and interacts with various components of the market.
If Ridge chooses to start his own company, he would get a head start in many ways. He can utilize the contacts he has made so far. As the CEO, he understands the market demands and the financial planning that goes into a business. Since he has been working with founder Eric for a long time, he can build another fashion business from the start.
3) Carter Walton

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has the ambition and entrepreneurial skills to run a business. While he is not a creative person with designing skills, he has been part of Forrester Creations as the COO long enough to know the business inside out. Moreover, Carter has had friendly and romantic relationships with many designers, including Ridge, Quinn, and Hope.
As fans already know, Carter had teamed up with Hope to attempt a coup on FC, which failed after he and Brooke willingly handed back their power. Currently, Carter is married to Daphne Rose (Muriele Hilaire), a perfume expert from Paris who works for FC. As such, he may get creative ideas and support from his wife if he plans to start a new fashion house.
4) Zende Forrester

Another talented Forrester family member, Zende (Delon De Metz), is a lead fashion designer who works on the Hope for the Future line. Although a loyal employee of FC and devoted to his family, Zende has been sidelined and overlooked for years, rarely getting the recognition he deserves.
As a creative designer with years of experience in blending streetwear with aesthetic traditions, Zende can tap the right factors to build a new business if he wants. His unique ability to foresee youthful trends will make him a trend setter in the fashion world.
5) Hope Logan

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has been connected to Forrester Creations for many years. She started the fashion line, Hope for the Future, in her name and has had Thomas and Zende as the line's lead designers. While Hope does not design, she oversees designs and sometimes walks the ramp.
As someone who is constantly undermined by Steffy and pushed around, if Hope takes a page out of her aunt Katie’s book, she may start a fashion company and hire the right kind of people. Her insults at the hands of the Forrester clan may be enough to egg her on.
The Bold and the Beautiful: 5 characters who will fail miserably at fashion business
1) Brooke Logan

As The Bold and the Beautiful fans know, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) has made a name for herself in the fashion world. Although Brooke is a legend and an indispensable part of Forrester Creations, she has rarely designed herself. She has mostly served as a muse for designers.
Although Brooke created the bedroom line, she used her reputation and family name rather than creativity and strategy. As such, she may be the wrong candidate to build a fashion line from scratch. Brooke may be more involved in her personal life, romances and family over her dedication towards her business, leaving things in doldrums.
2) Liam Spencer

Liam (Scott Clifton) is a great media strategist, but has zero idea about the fashion world. Moreover, he has a laid-back attitude that is ill-suited to the competitive, bold world of fashion. While Liam may support any business financed by his father, he may not appreciate the demands and nuances of show business.
Liam’s story arc on The Bold and the Beautiful so far shows him as a wavering, slow decision-maker who is easily influenced by personal matters. He is hesitant and turns to others, particularly Steffy, for strong business decisions. As such, Liam lacks a killer instinct and will be too weak as a founder.
3) Taylor Hayes

Taylor Hayes, currently played by Rebecca Budig, is a world-renowned psychiatrist. While married to Ridge Forrester multiple times and connected to the fashion business through her husband, father-in-law, son, and daughter, Taylor herself was never particularly connected to fashion.
As such, Taylor would be the wrong candidate to try to build a show business. While she lacks fashion sense and possibly creativity, she has no interest in owning a company. Moreover, Taylor likely lacks the business acumen and courage to start a new venture beyond her medical field.
4) Deacon Sharpe

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) transformed from a crooked life into a restaurateur. As the owner of Il Giardino, Deacon may have entrepreneurial skills, but lacks fashion sense. As such, he will be a wrong fit as a fashion business owner.
Moreover, Deacon’s current arc shows him cheating on his wife with his psychiatrist, Taylor. He is currently busy resisting temptation, hiding facts from his crazy wife, and trying a balancing act. Deacon would be unsuited to the fashion business, which requires complete dedication and round-the-clock market awareness.
5) Donna Logan

Donna (Jennifer Gareis) has been portrayed as a soft and gentle character, happy to assist others. Although she was connected to the ramp in the early years of her association with FC, she does not dabble in any company decisions, despite being the wife of Eric Forrester, founder of Forrester Creations.
Besides lacking creative design skills, Donna’s personality has been vulnerable to manipulations and exploitations. Moreover, she lacks the courage to battle out in the cutthroat business world and also the visionary leadership to see a project through. As such, she will never be able to start a fashion house nor take the helm in place of her husband.
