5 reasons B&B’s R.J. is right about Will (and 5 reasons he’s acting like a spoiled brat)

B&B shocked fans when R.J. successfully pressured Ridge into firing Will after the latter punched him. With Electra reunited with her boyfriend, R.J.'s chances of winning her over seemed slimmer than ever. As the past several weeks showed, despite teaming up with Ivy and repeatedly badmouthing Will in front of Electra, R.J. was unable to make any real progress. Instead, Electra went right back to Will as soon as her issues with Dylan were resolved. As such, removing Will from the equation may have looked like R.J.'s best opportunity to finally position himself as a viable alternative.

5 signs R.J.'s concerns about Will aren't completely wrong on B&B

1) Reacting with violence

While Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) has shown a consistent calm demeanor throughout his employment at Forrester Creations, he showed a completely different side of his temper recently. On Tuesday’s episode dated May 26, 2026, B&B fans saw R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) provoking Will, till the latter punched him.

While Will might have chosen to calmly ignore R.J., or talk him down, he chose to react with physical assault. Moreover, Will did not inform Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) about the scuffle, leaving his girlfriend to learn about it later from Dylan. This hints at Will’s possible violent nature hidden underneath his cool disposition.

2) Romantic triangles and jealousy

Will seems to be getting involved in romantic triangles. A few months ago, he had chosen to position himself as a bait to get to Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). Luna, in return, raped him in disguise and ended up blackmailing him with her pregnancy before getting killed in a road accident. Later, Will was pulled into a misunderstanding created by Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) about Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock), that threatened to destroy his relationship with Electra.

On the other hand, Will’s romantic interest managed to extricate herself from the messy situation with her stalker, Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann), thanks to her beau. However, after Ivy’s interference, R.J. started to woo her romantically, but unsuccessfully. This landed Electra at the center of another triangle, leading to the recent fight between R.J. and Will.

3) The Spencer attitude

As longtime B&B fans know, Will’s father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is a cutthroat businessman. As a billionaire with a huge ego, Bill is habituated to throw his weight around. While Will seems to have a milder temperament, thanks to being raised by his mother, Katie Logan (Heather Tom), he may have inherited his father’s temper.

So far, Will has not had much opportunity to show his temper. However, if he has his father’s disposition, it may make the intern unpredictable, as proved by his latest violence. Moreover, this temper may lead to corporate conflicts and erratic decision-making.

4) Disregard for consequences

In an extension of the previous point, Will may not care much about consequences. Being “dollar Bill’s” son makes Will complacent about the penalties of his actions. Despite working as an intern at Forrester Creations, he did not hesitate to physically hit the CEO’s son, surprising his B&B fans.

Moreover, he did not flinch when R.J. informed him about being fired. He refused to take the information from him. Even when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) confirmed the verdict, Will teased the Forrester scion about crying instead of letting go. This lack of concern about the outcomes of his deeds might have reflected on his job performance eventually.

5) Family feud escalation

As B&B viewers fear, Will and R.J.’s feud is likely to widen the already existing rift between the Forrester family and the Spencer family. Instead of the youngsters bridging the gap, the newer generation seems to add fuel to the fire.

Currently, both the mothers are at war. Will’s mother, Katie, has launched a new fashion house and named it “Logan” after her family name. But, R.J.’s mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) has taken objection to the new company name claiming her own rights over “Logan”. Moreover, Katie and Bill used the designs made by Eric Forrester (John McCook) despite the latter trying to backtrack on his offer to help. As such, Will and R.J.’s fight will likely add on to the cracking Logan family’s bonds.

5 pointers that R.J. is acting entitled on B&B

1) Nepotism and royalty complex

Since his early entry in the B&B scenario, R.J. has been receiving special treatment by his family members. As previously pointed out by Zende Forrester (Delon De Metz), R.J. got the opportunity to design for premium collections without any prior training or experience. As such, he is a prime candidate of nepotism.

To add to R.J.’s entitled attitude, both his parents and his half-sister seem to comply with his demands. As the son of the power couple, Ridge and Brooke, R.J. expects to get his love life arranged the way he desires. He prefers to ignore Electra’s love interest and has Will thrown out of the company. As such, he doesn’t hesitate to manipulate his parents to get to his romantic target.

2) Hypocritical behavior

R.J. uses his connections to his advantage. When he needed to get Will ousted, he became the Forrester family scion. He showed allegiance to his powerful half-sister, Steffy, despite the latter clashing with his mother and insulting her. He will continue to use the Forrester side of his family to get what he wants, even if that entails fighting his first cousin, Will, who belongs to the Spencer family.

On the other hand, when it comes to wooing Electra, who is a Forrester, R.J. has reminded her numerous times that he is, in reality, a Marone by blood, making them non-related cousins. R.J. has shown B&B fans that he can be a hypocritical double-dealer.

3) Interference and interventions

Since his return to Los Angeles in January 2026, R.J. has been poking his nose into other people's affairs. B&B fans witnessed him trying to chat with Dylan about her and Will. On the other hand, he readily agreed to Ivy's plan to play cupid. He actively participated in jeopardizing Will's internship. Besides trying to seduce Electra away from Will, he also tried to provoke the Spencer scion with derogatory remarks about the latter's father.

Moreover, he took the liberty of passing judgment on his aunt Katie, her new business, and her husband. He attempted to judge both the professional and romantic lives of his peers.

4) Fixations and obsessive actions

As B&B fans may agree, R.J.'s fascination with Electra borders on obsession. Despite knowing that she and Will were in a relationship, R.J. continued to pester Electra with criticism about her beau. He took advantage of the lovers' tiff and the deliberate misunderstanding propagated by Ivy. Moreover, as mentioned before, he manipulated and nagged his family to fire Will from the family business.

R.J.'s interest in Electra is more than romance and flirtation. His constant preoccupation and pushiness border on obsession. This obsessive behavior is very similar to what Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) had for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), albeit under the influence of a tumor. Whether R.J. will go down the same path as his half-brother remains to be seen.

5) Lack of focus on career

B&B viewers may have noticed how R.J. shows an absolute lack of focus toward his professional duties. While he is being given significant roles in the company due to favoritism, he has rarely shown any career plans or ambition. When Zende and Thomas work on designs, R.J. seems to walk around the office premises.

Moreover, he uses office time to target Will and look for ways to break up Electra's romantic life. This lack of professional purpose makes him look like a spoiled and entitled brat.
