5 Reasons The Bold and the Beautiful's Will and Electra Should NEVER Reunite

The Bold and the Beautiful may have never intended for Electra to come off as the villain in her romance with Will, but that is exactly what has happened. Will was Electra's first serious and genuine love, and she was his. They were even able to overcome the crazy machinations of Remy Price and Luna Nozawa.

However, things went downhill for them with RJ Forrester and Melissa Dylan's arrivals. As Electra suspected her "best friend," homeless Dylan, of trying to ensnare Will, RJ started a rivalry with Will. Then, Eric Forrester forbade Electra to have any contact with Will, while Dylan moved in to the void Electra left in Will's life. While the two former lovers continue to have feelings, they may not be the endgame lovers they thought they were.

5 Arguments That Prove Electra Is Not Ideal For Will

1) Electra disregards Will's feelings

For the past few months, The Bold and the Beautiful viewers have seen Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) yo-yoing between the two men who have been vying for her attention. Although she was in love with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow), her first genuine love, she kept doubting his loyalty.

Then, when RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) came along, Electra's faith in her love life dwindled. She keeps dumping Will whenever they face a dilemma, whether it is Will's perceived romance with Dylan or his accidentally punching Eric. Despite Electra breaking up with Will multiple times, Will recently tried to reach out to her and appeal to her feelings once again.

2) Electra has a misplaced target for blame

Electra seems to lack the objectivity needed to carry a mature relationship. As Will and Electra's budding romance inched towards intimacy, Electra wanted to wait till the time was right to lose her virginity. However, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) targeted Will and tricked him through disguise. The murderer drugged Will and proceeded to sexually assault him.

When the traumatic events unfolded, Electra got angry at Will for not telling her that Luna had assaulted him, as if it was his fault. Just when Will needed a shoulder to lean on, she kept harping about how Luna having Will's baby made him a betrayer, completely disregarding the fact that he was the victim here.

3) Electra's values do not include empathy

After the Luna fiasco ended, Will and Electra had a happy reunion only to have Luna's accidental slayer, Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock), approach them. As the couple took pity on Dylan's dire condition and Will offered her a place to crash in the guestroom above Will's garage, Electra felt insecure about her relationship.

Although she declared that Dylan was her newest best friend, Electra did not hesitate to warn her off Will, including forbidding her entry inside Will's beach house. Despite knowing that Dylan had no other place to go, Electra wanted her best friend to live out of her car, rather than in the guestroom outside the beach house. The Bold and the Beautiful fans have seen a homeless Dylan picking food from the trash can of restaurants before being rediscovered by Will who took her in again. In response, Electra chided Will and accused him of straying, showing a complete lack of empathy.

4) Electra has double standards in morals

Fans have also witnessed Electra's dubious moral values. The first day she laid eyes on RJ Forrester, she nearly swooned. She even had a few dates with him and kissed him. However, she expected Will to respond to Dylan's feelings for him with stern rebuff. She also got angry that Dylan kissed Will and Will did nothing to stop her.

Despite being Will's girlfriend and knowing him well enough, Electra believed her aunt, Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer), when the latter accused Will and Dylan of getting too close. Moreover, although she knew that RJ goaded Will into reacting violently, Electra expressed shock at Will's reaction. The same was the case about Will hitting Eric Forrester (John McCook) by mistake, when Electra joined the rest of the Forrester clan in heaping blame on Will.

5) Electra keeps choosing her family over Will

Although the Forresters were initially open to Will's presence at Forrester Creations, the atmosphere changed after RJ's return to his family business. Knowing Electra was out of bounds, RJ belittled the Spencer scion and picked fights with him. He tricked Will into attacking him and then pressured his father to fire Will. However, things took an ugly turn when Will accidentally punched Eric.

Electra stood by her family instead of acknowledging Will's consternation. As RJ and Eric took this opportunity to push her to break up with Will permanently, Electra became a total pushover for her family.

RJ moved to make Electra the face of FC's new youth line, while Eric indirectly threatened her that she would not be considered part of the family if she mixes with any Spencer. As such, Electra decided to choose her career and being part of the Forrester family over her love for Will.
