5 Ways Katie May Ruin Will's Love Life on The Bold and the Beautiful

Will Spencer is at a romantic crossroads on The Bold and the Beautiful as he tries to get over Electra and move on with Melissa Dylan. Despite Electra constantly dumping Will and causing him heartache, Will’s mother, Katie Logan, who prefer he wait and woo Electra back. As such, she was incensed when Will gave in to Dylan’s advances. Suspicious that Dylan is nothing more than a gold digger, Katie accused her of targeting Will for her own advantage. Moreover, Katie demanded to meet Dylan’s mother.

Unfortunately, the interaction between Katie and Darcy, Dylan’s mother, didn't go very well. It looks like Katie is going to cause a lot of trouble for Will and Dylan.

5 Steps Katie May Take to Interfere in Will's Love Life

1) Digging into Dylan’s past

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) seems convinced that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is a gold digger and is hellbent on ensnaring the Spencer scion, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow). As such, she tried to talk Will out of this newly-unfolding romance. Katie also chastised Dylan and questioned her motives.

As a desperate mother, Katie may look for ways to taint Dylan in Will’s eyes. Realizing that Dylan has kept many secrets from even her own mother, Katie may start digging into Dylan’s past. Since Dylan’s back story is as yet unknown to B&B viewers, there is a likelihood of unexpected revelations that may shock Will and his fans alike.

2) Creating a huge animosity with Darcy

Recently, Katie had a face-to-face confrontation with Dylan’s mother, Darcy Dylan (Kelly Sullivan). At first, Darcy was enthusiastic about meeting Katie. She was excited about the fashion industry and her daughter dating the son of Katie and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). However, she later realized how Katie really felt about Dylan dating Will.

She also walked into the tense atmosphere as Katie accused Dylan of deliberately aiming to get Will. An incensed Darcy warned Katie that no one was allowed to treat her daughter like that. After touting Dylan’s qualities, Darcy asked Dylan to break up with Will and walk out with her. Since Will stopped Dylan, the two mothers may remain at loggerheads. Katie may hope that a constant disagreement with Darcy will likely put a stop to this relationship.

3) Pushing for a Will-Electra reunion

Katie loved it when her son was dating Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace). She even consoled Will after his breakup with Electra and assuring him that things might turn around soon. As such, Katie was very disappointed to find out that Will moved on from Electra with Dylan, particularly when Katie believes that Dylan is using Will to move up in life.

This coming week, Katie is set to make an appeal Electra to reunite with her son. Electra will be torn as always, especially when her family once again gets involved...

4) Overstepping by involving Eric or Brooke

As Katie fought with her sister, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) over the name of her new fashion house, Brooke’s daughter, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) defected from FC to join Logan in secret, betraying her mother. As such, FC founder, Eric Forrester (John McCook) forbade Electra from seeing Will.

In the current situation, a frantic Katie will likely consider driving Dylan away from FC and the town. As such, she may want to make Forrester Creations a hostile workplace for Dylan to survive. Despite all the bitterness, Katie may reach out to Eric to fire Dylan. She may even consider reconciling with Brooke to help with this plan. Katie may try to use her own network to orchestrate a corporate exile for Dylan.

5) Offering payoffs or giving ultimatums

Since Katie thinks Dylan is an opportunist and is taking advantage of Will, she may try to address this right away and offer Dylan cash to get out of Will's life. If she does dig up something, she may use that to coerce Dylan to leave town. Katie can issue a mix of warnings and requests to drive her son away from Dylan, and into Electra’s arms.
