The Bold and the Beautiful's Steffy is supposed to be an icon of fashion. While she doesn't actually design, she does run one of the premier fashion houses in the CBS soap's fictional version of Los Angeles, so one would think she knows how to dress.While Steffy is typically put together in sexy business numbers that make sense, her latest wardrobe choice leaves fans scratching their heads. Is it a dress? Is it a nightgown? She kept the raincoat on the entire time she was in the office, as well as when she was in Finn's (Tanner Novlan) office with Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) and Li (Naomi Matsuda), but she took it off when she got to Bikini Bar.But didn't Steffy feel weird when she awkwardly removed her raincoat while outdoors for the first time all day when she wore it indoors? Didn't she feel uncomfortable sitting at a restaurant table in her lingerie while her mother was in business casual attire?When Steffy got home and removed her raincoat to talk to a shirtless, fresh-from-a-swim Finn, they both looked like they were ready to head to bed or had just emerged from the day, looking for coffee.
