On the Monday, August 3, 2026, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Electra dumped Will again, and they weren't even together this time. Plus, Dylan defended herself, and Finn lamented to Li.

Electra Walks Out on Will Again

Electra continued to whine and lose her mind over the fact that Will spent the night talking with Dylan on his couch. They were probably making out for hours with his hands all over her. How many times had Will promised to be honest? Electra had to know. She had to learn what had happened from Dylan. (Weren't they broken up?)

Will apologized and begged Electra to tell him there was still a chance for them. He could only hear the word "never" in his head and had been lost without her. Electra asked if Dylan had taken advantage of Will, but Will said that wasn't what had happened at all.

"We don't need to think about her because what matters is us. I believe in us," Will said. "I need you to say that you believe in us too."

Electra once again repeated that Dylan (the girl she just slapped) "is my best friend." She couldn't believe that Dylan was there with Will all night. Will still didn't want to talk about Dylan, but that was all Electra could talk about, even when Will said that his night with Dylan didn't really mean anything.

Will explained that he really thought it was over between them, so Dylan offered him a shoulder to lean on and all they did was talk. Will begged some more, but Electra refused to return to him. "I wish I could, but I can't," she wept. Will begged Electra not to let her family run her life. Electra insisted they only wanted what was best for her.

Electra pouted some more before saying that Will was her first love and she had so many beautiful memories with him, but maybe the Forresters and Spencers just don't mix. They loved each other, but she couldn't keep doing this. Dylan was a "shark," and Electra was sure that it was only a matter of time before she and Will went "all the way."

"Go live your Spencer life and I'll go live my Forrester life and I'll love you from afar," Electra declared, in her southern belle kind of way.

Dylan Goes on Defense

In the design office, RJ chastised Dylan for spending the night with Will and then telling Electra about it. Now, he had to be there for Electra and help her through this utter devastation. He didn't exactly mind that task, but he felt bad for Electra. Dylan also felt bad, but pointed out that Electra was the one who ended things with Will.

Dylan said she didn't mean to tell Electra the truth, but she was "making all these ridiculous demands saying I can't even be around him." RJ didn't see those demands as ridiculous. Dylan pointed out that she had always been a good friend to Electra and only wanted to be honest. "I told her that I wouldn't call it an obsession. I call it love," Dylan said.

RJ couldn't believe that Dylan told Electra that she was in love with Will. "Will was her first love, Dylan," he said. "Everyone has a first love," Dylan correctly noted. She told RJ that Electra was being unreasonable. "I don't know. Maybe she wanted you to act like her best friend," RJ said, defending Electra.

Dylan explained that she also had feelings, but Electra always acted like hers were the only ones that mattered. RJ was shocked to hear that Electra had slapped Dylan, but assured Dylan she wouldn't be fired. Dylan wasn't so sure.

She also said her friendship with Electra still meant something to her, but she wasn't going to ignore her feelings for Will any longer. In the end, RJ agreed that Dylan was a better fit for Will and RJ was a better fit for Electra.

Give Sheila a Chance

Finn returned to his office to find Li waiting for him. He told Li that he hadn't seen Steffy this upset in a long time. Li knew that Steffy had to be upset about Sheila. Li told Finn that she had also spoken with Sheila. "She's desperate, son. She wants a place in your life," Li said. "Well, she can't have it," Finn responded.

Li asked Finn how he felt about the whole situation. Finn could see both Sheila and Steffy's points of view. Li was surprised that Steffy seemed to have no sympathy for Sheila at all. "In Steffy's mind, Sheila is and always will be a threat to us, our family, and everyone that she loves," Finn said.

Li knew that Finn didn't feel the same and asked if he thought that Sheila deserved another chance. Taylor blew up Sheila and Deacon's marriage and she could have retaliated, but she didn't. That was enough for Finn to prove that Sheila had changed. He understood why Steffy was concerned, but isolating Sheila hasn't helped quell Steffy's nerves.

Finn told Li that Sheila would have been fine with supervised visits, but Steffy adamantly refused. Finn was going to give Steffy whatever she needed to feel safe. To Finn, Steffy would always come before Sheila. Finn asked Li to try to convince Sheila to stay away, but Li wondered if her words would even mean anything.

Should Steffy relent on the Sheila matter? Are you growing weary of Electra dumping Will? Sound off in the comments.
