B&B Recap July 14: Daphne Learned She Can't Have Kids, Dylan Made Her Move on Will

On the Tuesday, July 14, 2026, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Li delivered some bad news to Daphne, Electra remained tearful and torn, and Dylan went after what she wanted.

Early Menopause Medical Problems

In Eric's office, Steffy and Daphne shared some sandwiches over gossip. Daphne sadly told Steffy that she'd had no luck becoming pregnant. Carter walked in, apologizing for being late to accompany his wife to her doctor's appointment. Daphne said she didn't need Carter to go with her, so he left for his meeting and Steffy decided to join her friend instead.

Li entered Finn's office, noting that he looked just as stressed as she did. Li was bothered because she had to deliver some difficult news to a patient. "I know how that it. I have to deliver some bad news to my wife," Finn said. Li was surprised to hear that Sheila had stopped by, asking to be a part of his life again.

Despite her odd friendship with Sheila, Li encouraged Finn not to do anything that would jeopardize his marriage. "You are not obligated to make her feel better," she said. Just then, Steffy and Daphne arrived.

Finn made himself scarce, but once he was gone, Li told Daphne that her appointment was with her. She was called in to consult when Daphne's own doctor had a family emergency. Li was glad that Daphne had a friend with her because she had to give Daphne some bad news.

Daphne was suffering from premature ovarian insufficiency, meaning she was in premature menopause. All the symptoms she had been having stemmed from that and not stress, as Daphne had believed. Li had to break the news to Daphne that she couldn't have children.

Dylan Goes For Broke

At Bikini Bar, Dylan told her co-worker, Jessica, all about Electra's latest pout fest. Jessica wondered what Electra had to be upset about since his life was perfect. Dylan relayed the news that Electra and Will had broken up again. Jessica wondered if Dylan had anything to do with it, but Dylan correctly claimed innocence.

Dylan tried to deny it when Jessica noted how crazy she was about Will, but Jessica wouldn't let up. She even pushed Dylan into pursuing Will. Dylan didn't want to do anything that would rock the boat with Electra. More importantly, she didn't want to rock anything at Forrester. After all, she finally had a steady paycheck.

As Jessica pushed, Dylan admitted that she had a hard time getting Will out of her head. "I feel like he's the love of my life," she said. Just then, Will walked in and approached Dylan by the bar. Will was in a terrible mood, so Dylan tried to be supportive.

They sat down on a couch as Will tried to explain what had happened, but realized he shouldn't have been discussing it with Electra's supposed BFF. Dylan promised she'd be there if he wanted to talk, but Will sadly walked away and returned to the beach house.

After some encouragement from Jessica, Dylan joined him there and asked him to tell her his side of the story. Will claimed that Electra's version was the truth, but Dylan noted that Electra overreacted. Dylan approached Will, grabbed his shirt, and promised she would never do what Electra did to him. She began to unbutton his shirt as they kissed.

RJ Pushed Electra

RJ found Electra alone in the design office, claiming he was fine and that Will hurt her more than he hurt RJ. Electra didn't think she could ever get over what Will had done. RJ was pleased to hear that Electra had moved out. She couldn't be around violence after Will had gone after RJ like that.

Electra added that Ridge had also pressured her into dumping Will, telling her that if she didn't, she might not be able to work for Forrester Creations anymore. RJ agreed with his dad, saying, "Forresters and Spencers don't mix," but that didn't make pouty Electra pout less.

RJ made his case against Will, insisting that all he ever did was fail Electra and never put her first. RJ brought up Dylan again, which just caused Electra to wince. She tried to defend Will and Dylan, but RJ wasn't having it. He was determined to make Will look even worse in Electra's eyes.
