On the Tuesday, July 28, 2026, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy took charge when Sheila came calling, Dylan remained starry-eyed, and Will couldn't accept that it was over with Electra.
Sheila Tries Again

In Finn's office, Steffy's husband offered to be the sounding board she needed. He knew that Steffy's life was full of stress between the Logan-Forrester mess and what had happened with Eric. "We're literally at war with the Spencers right now," Steffy lamented. That's why she was so determined to keep Sheila out of their lives.
Steffy worried that Sheila would never let the idea of a relationship with Finn go. Ever naive, Finn felt that Sheila would never bother them again. Steffy prayed he was right. Finn and Steffy spent more time telling each other how special the other was, happy that they could have close moments like the one they were having.
With all that was going on at work, Steffy needed this. But she also needed to know that the kids and their family were safe from Sheila. When Finn had to leave to see patients, Steffy stayed behind to make some work calls. Before he walked out, Steffy brought up Sheila again. Finn wasn't worried at all.
Meanwhile, Sheila sat around staring at pictures of Finn on her phone, saying aloud that she needed her son. She wondered aloud why Steffy refused to open her heart and let Sheila in. So, she decided to visit Finn and try again.
When Steffy went to leave Finn's office, she opened the door to find Sheila there. Sheila claimed she was there to see Li. Steffy didn't believe Sheila and warned her that she would never be a part of her family's life.
A New Day for Happy Dylan

In the FC design office, Dylan flashbacked to fun and romantic moments with Will. Jessica arrived with smoothies to interrupt her thoughts. Jessica noticed something different about a smiling Dylan, who closed the door to talk. Dylan claimed she only went to see Will because she cared, but she and Will had just talked...at first. Then, she specified.
"We just made out and fell asleep on his couch," she said, stunning Jessica that nothing more happened. Dylan admitted that she loved Will and had never felt this way about anyone. However, she knew that a part of Will still loved Electra. "As happy as I am, I do feel guilty. Electra's my friend. But I wouldn't have gone over there if she hadn't ended it with Will for good," Dylan said.
Jessica was fascinated to learn that Wyatt had caught Dylan at Will's house and had asked Dylan to watch out for his little brother. Jessica reiterated that Electra really messed up by dumping a guy like Will. Dylan agreed because Will was now the love of her life. "If being with him risks my job at Forrester and my friendship with Electra, I'll survive," she said. Dylan figured that Electra had RJ and she'd be fine.
"The way he holds me and kisses me," Dylan said of Will, "there is way too much man there for Electra. Will is a once-in-a-lifetime guy and I plan on being his forever girl."
Can't Forget Electra

In the Logan office, Will couldn't keep his thoughts off of Electra, but remembered Dylan reminding him that Electra made her choice and sided with the Forresters. Wyatt disrupted Will's thoughts and wondered if Logan business was the last thing on his brother's mind.
Wyatt admitted that he was worried about Will. He meant what he had said earlier. It was time that Will moved on from Electra, who Will was staring at on his laptop screen. Will didn't want to talk and claimed he was just swamped with work. Wyatt wouldn't relent and insisted that Will had to snap out of his funk.
Wyatt asked Will about "Nancy," so Will admitted that she was hot and they had been close friends for a while. "You're probably more than friends now," Wyatt said. Will said that something had happened the night before, but that "Nancy" understood that he wasn't ready for anything serious.
Wyatt then said the most sensible thing as Will prattled on about why Electra really dumped him. "Will, I just want you to be happy and when you talk about Electra, you're not," he said. Will wasn't sure he could move on from someone as precious as Electra.
When he was alone again, Will returned to staring at Electra, asking her picture how he could have lost her.
Is Wyatt right that Will needs to move on? Should Steffy give Sheila a chance? Sound off in the comments.
