B&B Recap July 31: Electra Lost Her Mind as Will Once Again Begged For Her Forgiveness

On the Friday, July 31, 2026, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Electra lost it on Will, who just wanted Electra back. Plus, Steffy repeated her edict to Finn.

Electra Comes Undone

In the Spencer beach house, Electra continued her angry meltdown with Will that she had started with Dylan back in the design office. She couldn't believe that Will slept with Dylan on their couch. The nerve! "That is disgusting. How could you do that?" she asked, incredulously.

Will insisted that he and Dylan hadn't had sex, but an hysterical Electra did not care. She still felt violated. Will pointed out that Electra said they were finished. "I didn't even want to break up with you in the first place," Will noted. Electra still didn't care. She thought Will loved her and then turned to Dylan just because Electra had broken up with him yet again.

Will told Electra that he did indeed love her, but she's already walked out on him multiple times in the past. Electra didn't seem to think that was a problem because her reasons were all justified, in her mind. Nothing Will said did any good as Electra once again called Dylan her best friend, while not saying nice things about Dylan.

"I was so disgusted with Dylan that I slapped her across the face," Electra said, giving Will pause. Will still tried to reason with Electra and admitted his feelings. "I am not sure how many times I can do this with you. You walk out on me again and again and it hurts," he said, before proceeding to beg Electra to take him back, as he always does.

Dylan Laments to RJ

In the design office, Dylan examined her bruised face when RJ walked in, talking business. He noticed that Dylan was a little quiet and asked if she was okay. She closed the door and told him that she didn't think her friendship with Electra was ever going to be the same again. "Not after what I did," she said.

Although Dylan didn't give RJ the details on what had happened, he was left with the impression that Dylan and Will were now dating. Dylan defended Will when RJ started going off, noting how bad Will felt about accidentally punching Eric. She said that Will was distraught, but Dylan was there for him.

RJ asked what she meant by that, so Dylan told him they spent the night together, but did not have sex. And Electra knew all about it.

Steffy Puts Her Foot Down

At Steffy's house, Finn asked if Sheila had threatened Steffy when she saw Sheila in his office. Steffy surprised Finn when she told him that Sheila did the opposite. She got down on her knees and begged to be in their family's life. "You know that can never happen," Steffy once again repeated.

Finn tried to reason with Steffy, assuring her that Sheila wasn't going to hurt anyone ever again. Steffy didn't buy it and insisted that Sheila had shifted her obsession from Deacon to them.

Steffy was extremely stressed. She was flying to Monaco for work any day and couldn't be worrying about the threat of Sheila while she was gone. "I will never believe she has earned a place in our lives. I don't believe it and you can't either," Steffy said.

For some reason, Finn decided her had an opening and sat Steffy down and suggested they do supervised visits. Steffy lost her mind at the thought of it. "You need to convince Sheila to stay away, Finn. Forever," she said.

Steffy then launched into a rant and rampage about how Finn basically had to forget that Sheila existed and erase all feelings he had for his birth mother. As always, Finn told Steffy he would do whatever she wanted.

Sheila sat in Finn's office staring at a photo of Steffy and Finn when Li walked in. Sheila lamented that she never gets to see her grandson, but felt that Li could help change that. Li claimed she had no control over what Steffy decided to do. Sheila said her life was in shambles now that her marriage was over and she needed Finn.

Sheila Begs Li

Li agreed that Sheila had every reason to be hurt that she had lost her husband to Steffy's mother, but it wasn't Steffy's fault. Sheila agreed, but she still hoped Steffy would give in. Sheila detailed how much she tries to be a better person, but she was still left out when Li was a large part of the family.
