Electra: B&B Recap October 8: Electra Ratted out Dylan and Zende

The holidays came early for Electra on The Bold and the Beautiful! On the episode that aired on Thursday, October 8, 2026, the Forrester heiress overheard Dylan and Zende chat about his visit to Logan Designs. Also, Katie got her hopes up that Zende would make a move over to her fashion house.

Forrester Creations Executive Session

Del, a Forrester Creations maintenance worker, gave the sofa in the CEO's office at FC a thorough steam-cleaning! Then, Eric and Ridge entered and sat at the conference table. Eric said that they had a lot to make up for. He sighed that couture was at a standstill. Eric lamented that Logan Designs had chipped away at their business in a significant way. Eric looked on the bright side – Zende is around to support Electra and RJ.

Eric suggested fast-tracking the Electra line. He wondered if the marketing team should leak that something was coming out. Ridge agreed and said that he’d talk to them. Dylan entered and dropped off a report. Eric asked Dylan if she was dating Will Spencer. Eric said that they don’t approve of him, especially now that the Forresters are at war with Spencer.

Dylan maintained that Will was a good guy. Ridge pointed out that Will struck Eric, and he fell to the ground. Dylan said that Will felt bad about that. Ridge noted to Eric that it’s none of their business who Dylan dates. Eric said they don’t mean to interfere in Dylan’s love life and that he appreciated her hard work. Ridge is not a fan of Will’s or the Spencers.

After Dylan left, Eric wondered if they had to worry about Dylan. Ridge didn’t think so; he added that Dylan shouldn’t date anyone in that "heinous high-rise." Ridge encouraged his father to be strong.

Katie Hopes to Seal the Deal

Across town, at Logan Designs, Katie texted Zende, following up on his meeting with Katie and Hope. Katie made another push to get Zende on board at Logan. Back at Forrester Creations, Zende read the text. Electra entered and was enthusiastic about the line. Zende commented that it was Electra’s line (not his).

Electra said that she didn’t want to screw up Electra by Electra Forrester. He pointed out that most people have to work for years before they get their own line. Electra said Zende was an integral part of the team.

Zende quipped that he didn’t let RJ bother him. Electra said that they had the chance to create something new for the company. Electra added that a line for younger people was missing. Zende said that they had that with Hope For The Future. Electra said that she knew this time was difficult, but he had to accept that he and Hope would never work again.

Katie said it’d be such a coup to get Zende over to Forrester. Will said that Zende is legit, and he wasn’t riding on anyone’s coattails. Katie said that Zende could come to Logan Designs and do whatever he wanted.

Will predicted profits would tenfold with Zende and Deke working at Logan. Will circled back to Dylan, having made the possibility happen with Zende and Katie. Will asked if Katie would be nice to Dylan now. Katie innocently said that she was nice to everybody. Will said that Dylan went above and beyond. Will told Hope that Dylan was stressed. Katie snarked that she was able to pull it off. Hope wondered what Zende’s decision would be – Forrester Creations or Logan Designs?

Finding Zende Forrester

Will told Katie that the “Times” put out a flattering article on the Spencers being a success. Katie laughed and said she had. Will complimented Deke on doing a great job. Hope entered and said that Deke was great, but he could use Zende. Katie pointed out to Hope and Will that she just sent Will a text. Hope said that she regarded Zende as another brother. She’d love to earn his trust back. Will theorized that maybe she’ll get her wish. Will turned to his mother and said that Katie owes even the chance of Zende coming back to Dylan.

Dylan entered the design office and attempted to make small talk. Then, she asked how it went with Zende, Katie, and Hope. Dylan referred to Zende visiting Logan Designs as Electra eavesdropped. She was stunned to hear what she did. Electra heard Zende recount his visit to Logan and the offer Katie made. Zende said that Deke said he’d be honored to work with him. Electra couldn’t believe her ears when Zende said he was offered a position. Dylan asked what Zende was going to do.

Electra's Big News

Zende said that he hadn’t processed the idea of leaving. Dylan pointed out that Forrester was his family home. Electra overheard Zende thank Dylan for setting up the meeting. She knew that she had Dylan busted!

Next, Dylan went over to the CEO's office. She told Ridge and Eric that Dylan and Zende were whispering about Logan. She accused Dylan of targeting the Forresters. “Dylan isn’t loyal,” Electra said. She added that Dylan convinced Zende to take a meeting at Logan, and he’s been offered a job. “Dylan’s a back-stabbing traitor,” Electra said.
