We're about to see a major fallout on The Bold and the Beautiful, now that Ridge told Brooke that Steffy is staying put as co-CEO of Forrester Creations. More and more FC employees have been saying they feel undervalued. Will any of them, or all of them, leave FC and join Logan?

Ridge turned down Brooke's request

It was a tense week on B&B, to say the least. Now that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) told Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is remaining as co-CEO of FC, how will his decision affect the future of the company? Brooke got her hopes up about being chosen the co-CEO and was overconfident that he would pick her over Steffy. We know she isn't going to take this defeat lying down. Will she consider leaving FC and joining Logan?

Now that Brooke understands how undervalued her sister, Katie (Heather Tom), felt when she worked at FC, she may decide to do just that. And if she does, then Ridge will feel betrayed, just as she believes he betrayed her. All of this hostility will surely cause their marriage to crack, for what feels like the hundredth time.

On top of all that emotional chaos, some B&B fans are already predicting that if Brooke joins Logan, then she will eventually hit the sheets with Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) — again. Katie is still smarting from their first affair and how it wrecked her marriage to him. Brooke knows that if she pursues Bill again, it will only open old wounds and add insult to injury. Her relationship with Katie is on thin ice as it is, since Brooke can't forgive Katie for using Eric's (John McCook) designs and naming her company Logan. If Brooke and Bill have another affair, it may destroy any chance of a reconciliation between the sisters.

Will The Bold and the Beautiful's Hope now leave FC and join Logan?

Hope was banking on Brooke's ability to convince Ridge to give her the co-CEO role, which would demote Steffy. She knows that with Brooke as co-CEO, her line, Hope For the Future, would be treated with respect and won't be put on the back burner anymore.

But once Hope finds out that Ridge isn't letting Brooke have her way, she is going to have serious doubts about remaining at FC. Steffy will still be co-CEO, which means that HFTF will remain sidelined while FC focuses on Eric's couture collection. Will this be the straw that broke the camel's back for Hope? Will it be what motivates her to finally leave FC and join Logan?

That might be a good thing, since there's always tension between Steffy and Hope at FC, which creates a toxic work environment. Brooke wouldn't be happy about Hope leaving FC for Logan, but if she goes there also, then the mother/daughter duo will be able to work together again. Hope isn't a designer, though, and that's where Zende (Delon de Metz) comes in.

"There's no way that I'm playing second fiddle to RJ."

Right on, Zende! That's the best thing we've ever heard him say. We rarely ever see him as it is, and we certainly never get to hear him express his feelings about what's going on at FC. So when he got all fired up and told Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) how angry he is that his designs for HFTF are being sidelined, we felt badly for him (and that's an understatement).

Zende resents the fact that he's been assigned to review the designs of the "golden boy," RJ (Brayan Nicoletti), instead of seeing his own designs go into production. He has a good point. After all, Zende has been honing his craft for years and is a seasoned designer. RJ is still in the learning phase of designing, and he spends most of his work time flirting with Electra (Laneya Grace) and trying to get his own cousin, Will (Crew Morrow), fired for no good reason.

So when Zende said, "There's no way that I'm playing second fiddle to RJ," we all wanted to stand up and applaud. And now that Steffy is going to continue as co-CEO, nothing is going to change for him. HFTF will remain in limbo, and so will his collection. Will he leave FC and join Logan? Katie desperately needs a designer, so if Zende goes to Logan, then that would solve her problem.

Whatever happens, we suspect that someone at FC is going to quit and join Logan. Will that person be Brooke, Hope, or Zende? If it's Zende, then Ridge will complain that Katie and Bill "stole" another Forrester designer away from FC. We will never hear the end of it!

In spite of all the complaints we've heard from Brooke, Hope, and Zende, we feel like the person who's been undervalued the most is Deke (Harrison Cone). He's been waiting for months for Katie to call him and set up an interview. Will he ever get a shot at designing for a fashion house? If Katie won't hire him, then who will?
