Now that The Bold and the Beautiful's Will punched RJ at Bikini, he unknowingly created all kinds of problems for himself. Electra will likely feel empathetic toward RJ, even though he's had it coming for a while now. RJ will make Will's life even more miserable at Forrester Creations than he did before. Here are three reasons why Will should quit his job at FC.
He could work with his Spencer family on The Bold and the Beautiful

Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) would love for Will (Crew Morrow) to leave his job at Forrester Creations and work with them at either Logan or Spencer Publications. He would have all the support he needs with both of his parents there, as well as his brothers, Liam (Scott Clifton), and Wyatt (Darin Brooks). The work environment at Logan and SP would be non-toxic because Will doesn't have any problems getting along with his parents or his brothers.
He also gets along with his cousin, Hope (Annika Noelle), and her brother, Deke (Harrison Cone), now that Hope has signed a contract to join Logan and is bringing Deke with her. Overall, the work environment at Logan and SP would be a happier and healthier one for Will. No one would bully him daily, the way RJ (Brayan Nicoletti) has been doing to him at Forrester Creations. No one would be trying to get him fired at SP or Logan Designs. Everyone there appreciates him.
Will won't have peace at FC, as long as RJ is there

For some reason, the B&B writers want us to like RJ simply because he is Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) son. Sorry, but that's not a good enough reason. He's obsessed with Electra (Laneya Grace), even though he's always known that she still loves Will.
Although she has sent RJ too many mixed signals these past few months, she finally told him on Tuesday's B&B episode that she has made her decision. She wants to give her relationship with Will another shot. RJ needs to muster up enough class to accept her decision and move on with his life. There are plenty of other girls at FC who are interested in him. And now that Deacon (Sean Kanan) has made a big splash with the opening night of Bikini, RJ is sure to meet a girl there, if he isn't interested in any of the other girls who work at FC.
RJ's bullying creates a toxic and chaotic work environment for Will. He is so jealous of Will that he can't see straight. He constantly gives Will a hard time on the job about issues that are not even work-related, even having the nerve to tell Will to leave FC. Maybe you're the one who should leave, RJ! How many more times do we have to hear him whine to Ridge, "Will has broken Electra's heart so many times!"
If Will leaves FC, he would be doing damage control

RJ tried to get Will fired even before Will sucker-punched him. The reasons he gave Ridge were ridiculous. They had nothing to do with Will's job performance. RJ said that Will broke Electra's heart, so she shouldn't have to see Will every day on the job. Thankfully, Ridge reminded RJ that only he and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Forrester Creations' two CEOS, get to decide who is hired and who is fired.
Unfortunately, now that Will lost his temper and punched RJ, that means RJ will be even more relentless about encouraging Ridge to fire Will. Even though Will didn't punch RJ while they were at work, Ridge and Steffy may start to wonder whether it pays to keep Will at FC. They may become concerned that he might eventually assault RJ on the job, since the two young men are always arguing about Electra. Ridge and Steffy may start to view the situation from RJ's perspective, and ultimately, they may decide to fire Will.
Even though RJ would be thrilled if Will were to quit FC, in the long run, it may be in Will's best interest if that's exactly what he does. He deserves better than to put up with a co-worker who is constantly trying to get him fired. He would be doing damage control. Dollar Bill would love to show him the ropes at SP. Or maybe Katie could assign him to assist Hope on the Hope For The Future line.
If Will does leave FC, and if RJ takes advantage of his absence by flirting with Electra, then so be it. Absence should make Electra's heart grow even fonder where Will is concerned. If Will can't trust her to reject RJ's advances, then maybe he and Electra don't belong together in the first place.
