Soaps are all about those who have and those who have not! This week, The Bold and the Beautiful is adding another "have not" to the canvas, it appears, with the introduction of Darcy, played by Daytime Emmy nominee Kelly Sullivan. Also, watch for Sheila to cope with life without Deacon while Katie grows suspicious!
Enter Darcy
Dylan (Sydney Bullock) has been taking a bit of guff from Katie (Heather Tom), Will's (Crew Morrow) mom. She is not winning the Spencer matriarch over, and that likely concerns her a great deal. This week, watch for Dylan to reach out to her mom, Darcy (Kelly Sullivan), and for Dylan to be forced to face her past.
Will her mom be an ally to Dylan? Or will she have her own agenda and set her sights on a better life for herself? Dylan let Katie know that she used to read up on the Spencers and read about them in Spencer Publications magazines. (Shades of Brooke reading about Ridge in the society pages!) Dylan needs some support, and hopefully, she'll get some from her mom!
Life "A.D." -- After Deacon
Sheila's had many husbands over the years -- Eric (John McCook), James (Ian Buchanan), and the late Scott (Peter Barton). But her greatest loss just might be Deacon (Sean Kanan). Sheila had lied about herself and her true nature to many of the men in her life, but she and Deacon accepted each other for who they are.
Alas, Deacon couldn't tolerate Sheila's support of her granddaughter, Luna (Lisa Yamada), after she killed not one but two of Deacon's friends, Tom (Clint Howard), who had a good heart, and Hollis (Hollis W. Chambers), who had a good heart and great abs!
Now, Sheila's going to have to adjust to life after Deacon. She needs to not go to places where she might see him, like Bikini or Il Giardino, two places that Deacon owns. Will Sheila do what's best for herself in the long run? Or will she endure more heartache by trying to rekindle things with Deacon?

The late Stephanie (Susan Flannery) is smiling down on Katie (Heather Tom), we suspect. Katie does not care for Dylan. Nearly every time Katie calls Dylan by her true birth name, "Melissa," she just doesn't say the word -- she punches it as if it's proof that Dylan isn't an honest person, and not worthy of her son.
Will (Crew Morrow) and Dylan are going to share a special night alone. The last time they did that, they slept (not had sex) on Will's sofa. Might this upcoming night be more intimate this time? If so, Katie's not going to like it. The stage is being set for Katie to square off against Darcy, who may be a protective mama bear to her daughter the same way that Katie is with her son! Buckle up!
