B&B What-to-Watch Moments August 10 to 14: Monaco Madness With Sheila and Steffy

The Bold and the Beautiful heads to Monaco the week of August 10 to 14, 2026, with Sheila in tow. It's not what Finn intended and it's not what Steffy wants to see, so Finn will be walking a fine line to keep his mother in line.

There's nothing Finn (Tanner Novlan) can do once they are in the air, so Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is on her way to Monaco as Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) waits by their cathedral ready for an epic reunion recreation. Finn knows he can't let Steffy know that Sheila is there, so he gets Sheila to promise to lay low.

By the end of the week, Steffy is a bundle of emotions, but let's not forget about Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). They share some romance, as well. Will Brooke fling herself off the back of a boat again like she did last year in Italy?

Back in L.A., RJ (Brayan Nicoletti) gets the idea to turn Electra (Laneya Grace) into the new Hope (Annika Noelle) and give her a youth line. Does that mean Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is going to get her own youth line at Logan? Oh my?

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is still determined to have a family and suggests something radical to Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) but not to millions of people across the world. Since her uterus is healthy, she can still carry a child, so why not try surrogacy? (Please do not let them use Steffy's eggs. What a mess.)

And finally, while his recent ex-wife is following her son to Monaco, Deacon (Sean Kanan) gets down on one knee and proposes to Taylor (Rebecca Budig). (Because salt meets wound?)
