Dylan's been invited to visit Will at Logan Designs, but she's worried about Katie on The Bold and the Beautiful. Fortunately, Darcy is going to remind her daughter on the Friday, September 25, episode that she doesn't need Katie's approval. Meanwhile, Zende's frustrations come to a head.
My Darling Daughter
We've seen Darcy (Kelly Sullivan) stand up to Katie (Heather Tom) when she felt one of her idols was trashing her daughter, Dylan (Sydney Bullock). Now, she's going to give Dylan some words of wisdom, which are coming just in time, as Dylan has been invited to Will's place of work. Of course, Logan Designs is also where Katie works!
Katie softened a tiny bit towards Dylan after her mom pointed out what a good person her daughter was. Katie related to Dylan's father walking out on the family, as her dad, Stephen Logan, had done the same when she was just a little girl.
If Dylan visits Will at work, she could be walking into a tense situation. Katie balked at Will calling Dylan his "girlfriend." Katie declared that "Melissa Dylan" would never be Spencer material. Dylan may be armed with her mom's positive words, but can she go up against a protective mama bear like Katie Logan Spencer?
Zende's Zero Hour
RJ may have thought he was encouraging an employee when he told Zende that his designs were good (but they needed work), but he wasn't. Zende was offended that RJ wasn't more encouraging about his work.
It may be starting to dawn on Zende that Electra by Electra Forrester isn't about creating a new design line to take the place of Hope For The Future at all. It's about RJ creating something that will control Electra (Laneya Grace) and keep her by RJ's side so that she doesn't give in to her feelings for Will.
Perhaps, in fairness to RJ, he doesn't see that the two positions are very different. He's creating a new line, which just happens to tie Electra to Forrester Creations even more. He's giving her a great opportunity because he cares about her deeply.

But where does this leave Zende? Is he being valued for his design skills, or is he merely RJ's wingman so that he can play a role in turning Electra into RJ's wife? If Zende doesn't feel appreciated, he could end up jumping ship and move over to Logan Designs.
