B&B What-to-Watch Moments September 3: Will Turns to Bill for Some Fatherly Advice

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Will must feel caught between a rock and a hard place. His mother, Katie, doesn't care for Dylan, the new woman in his life. Spoilers for the Thursday, September 3, 2026, episode have Will turning to Bill for fatherly advice. Also, Katie decides about Dylan.

Father Bill Makes Sense

Will (Crew Morrow) knows that his mother, Katie (Heather Tom), and his new girlfriend, Dylan (Sydney Bullock), aren't getting along. We've seen him chat with his brother, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), about the situation. On Thursday's episode, watch for Will to talk to his father, Bill (Don Diamont), and seek fatherly advice.

Bill knows all about being young, handsome, and desirable, as Will is now. Bill is well-suited to talk to his son about what his next move should be. But what advice can Bill give Will about handling Katie? Not much is known about Bill's mother. He may or may not have experience to pass on to Will about how to deal with a mother who doesn't care much for the woman her son is seeing.

Katie's Decision

Katie was keeping an open mind about Melissa Dylan, AKA Dylan. At least she was willing to meet Darcy (Kelly Sullivan), Dylan's mom, at Bikini. Katie seemed surprised that Darcy didn't know that Dylan was dating her son, Will Spencer.

Katie hasn't cared much for Dylan from the start. Perhaps she sees in Dylan a version of her sister Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang)? If that's the case, it's no wonder that Katie doesn't think Dylan is the woman for her son.

Will Dylan be able to change Katie's mind if she decides that she wants Dylan out of the picture?
