Darcy learned a lot about her daughter after making her debut on The Bold and the Beautiful last week. Spoilers for the Tuesday, September 8, 2026, episode have Dylan shocking her mother about her past. Also, Daphne accepts the truth.
Nothing But the Truth
Darcy Dylan (Kelly Sullivan) was stunned to learn all that had happened to her daughter, Dylan (Sydney Bullock), since she moved to Los Angeles. Still, she had the presence of mind to fire back at Katie Spencer (Heather Tom), despite admiring her, after finding out that Katie didn't respect Dylan.
After some tense moments, Katie admitted that she may have overreacted to Dylan. Darcy appreciated Katie's response. By the time Katie left Will's, things were much more cordial.
On Tuesday's episode, Dylan is going to shock her mother about her past. What else is there to share with her mom? And will it change the way Darcy defended her daughter to Will (Crew Morrow) and Katie?
If this secret that Dylan shares with Darcy is something that Will doesn't know about, might it change the way he feels about her?
The Whole Truth
Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) didn't want to just socialize with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) by going over to the Cliff House for dinner with the duo. She wanted to pick Finn's brain about ways in which she and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) could still have children even though she is facing fertility problems. The tension between Carter and Steffy is rather, well, tense, as they are trying to keep it a secret that they made love when they thought their respective marriages were over.

On Tuesday's episode, watch for Daphne to accept the truth. But what truth? Is Finn going to lay out from a medical perspective her chances of being able to carry a baby to term? Is there a new procedure that will enable her to successfully conceive and bring a baby into the world? Or will the issues of adoption and surrogacy come up?
Will Daphne Rose be too focused on her own situation to pick up on the tension between Carter and Steffy? Should their one night together come to light, Daphne may not want to continue her life with her husband, let alone have a child with him!
