Steffy is hoping never to see Sheila Carter again on The Bold and the Beautiful. Spoilers for Friday, August 7, 2026, have Steffy feeling hopeful after arriving in Monaco. Also, Finn experiences unexpected turbulence, and Deacon prepares to take his relationship to the next level.

We'll Always Have Monaco

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is thrilled to be getting out of Los Angeles and away from her mother-in-law from hell, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), on Friday's episode. Some families have to deal with which branch of the clan to spend the holidays with, which can lead to turmoil. But Steffy has had to deal with Sheila trying to kill her and her husband, Finn, Sheila's son.

Fortunately, Steffy's going to Monaco, a place she associates with a happy time, as that's where she and Finn (Tanner Novlan) reunited after he was presumed dead (after Sheila shot him!). Steffy was mourning her husband's passing, and she couldn't believe her eyes when she saw him outside a church.

Sadly, Sheila is still around, and she is making noise about wanting to be in Finn's life. She's aware that Sheila is trying to get Finn to get Steffy to change her mind, but she's hoping her husband stops interacting with his birth mother.

Finn has taken a break from his duties as a doctor so that he can enjoy some personal time off with his wife in Monaco. But is his plan going to go smoothly? On Friday's show, watch for Finn to experience unexpected turbulence.

Is this the kind of turbulence that one experiences on a plane ride? Or is it the kind that one feels when a person is putting pressure on an individual? Finn might end up experiencing both if his plane experiences some rough airwaves and if Sheila continues to push to be a part of his life.

If Sheila truly cared about Finn, she'd back off and let him live his life in peace. But Sheila wants what she wants. Her hammering away at Finn could lead to disaster!

Sheila has made a big deal out of giving Deacon (Sean Kanan) a divorce and walking out of his life so that he could be with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). Finn may be a pain for Sheila right now, but Deacon has been given a reprieve.

On Friday's show, watch for Deacon to prepare to take his relationship to the next level. Does this mean that he's going to ask Taylor to become his wife? How might Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Taylor's ex-husband, respond to that? Ridge may not want Taylor to be his bride, but that doesn't mean he's going to approve of other men in her life.

There's also Sheila to consider. Yes, she's walked away from Deacon, but how might she feel when she learns that Deacon is ready to make plans with Taylor, Steffy's mother?
