The Bold and the Beautiful character Luna turned out not to be the person stalking Dylan, but that doesn't mean that the former Forrester intern-turned-killer isn't out there among the living! Soap Central caught up with Lisa Yamada, Luna's portrayer, at a party to launch the B&B app, BBTV, and we asked the Daytime winner about her newest role, and if she'd be open to bringing Luna back to our screens -- and not necessarily just on B&B!
From Beverly Hills to Bel Air, 1990s

Whether Yamada turns up again as Luna remains to be seen, but fans of the actress can definitely see her in the upcoming Netflix series Elle, which tells the story of Elle Wood, the character Reese Witherspoon brought to the big screen in Legally Blonde.
"I play one of Elle Wood's friends, Amber, a really bratty Bel-Air teenager," Yamada tells Soap Central. "It's been refreshing because she's a completely different character from Luna."
Elle is set in the 1990s, before the young woman decided to apply to Harvard Law School in Legally Blonde. "I rewatched the movie when I booked the role," Yamada says, "I love that movie. It's timeless. It's so fun to be immersed in that universe."
How does Yamada describe Amber? "She likes the finer things in life," the actress offers. "I don't think she's very focused [on] school."
Dress for success, B&B to BTG

Soap villains have a habit of coming back from the dead, especially when they "die" off-screen. In the case of Kimberlin Brown's Sheila, the naughty nurse presumably died in a fire on The Young and the Restless.
Shortly thereafter, the character popped up on B&B. Later that year, Sheila's rival, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), traveled to Los Angeles in a very organic fashion as Lauren's department store, Fenmore's, sold Forrester Creations gowns.
Sheila and Lauren's reunion (which turned out to be a dream) propelled B&B to the No. 2 spot in the ratings. Suppose Luna popped up in Fairmont Crest on the CBS soap, Beyond the Gates, the way Sheila went from Genoa City to Los Angeles?
We've seen Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) have a phone call with Dani (Karla Mosley, formerly Maya on B&B) on BTG, so we know the two soaps exist in the same universe. How would Yamada feel about doing an arc on BTG to draw some B&B eyeballs to Fairmont Crest?
"Ohhh!" Yamada responds when she hears our idea. "I've been to Atlanta a few times. There isn't much to do there, but if I get to be on Beyond the Gates, I'm totally game!"
Such a move would reunite Yamada with B&B's former costume designer Jeresa Featherstone, who now holds that title on BTG. "She was my dream collaborator," Yamada says of her fellow Daytime Emmy winner. "She styled me for so many events. I'll go wherever she is!"
