What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

The biggest talking point throughout last week's episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful was by far Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) audacious request to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), asking him to demote Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and appoint her as the new co-CEO. However, Ridge didn't give Brooke the answer she wanted in the closing moments of Friday's all-new episode, which confirmed that he will not to his choice not to oust his own daughter from the top spot. Expect this week to focus on the fallout from his decision, which leaves Hope (Annika Noelle) wondering about her future at the company by the end of the week.

Hope is not the only member of Forrester Creations whose position at the company feels like it's in limbo. Zende (Delon de Metz) expressed his frustrations about his hard work being wasted after Hope for the Future was shelved indefinitely. Look for Zende's arc to continue this week as he comes to a new understanding about his ceiling at his family's fashion company. Also, how long will an upcoming truce between Zende and R.J. Finally, after the bombshell that Remy (Christian Weissmann) is Dylan's (Sydney Bullock) cousin, the newest Forrester employee has some boundaries to put up. However, as Will (Crew Morrow) puts his heart on the line later in the week, Electra uncovers a secret, which points to her best friend's connection to her worst nightmare coming to light.
