Here are your spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, featuring Ridge blindsiding Steffy, and Hope getting a taste of something different involving her mother.
What's next on The Bold and the Beautiful

Monday's all-new episode of The Bold and the Beautiful saw Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) pull out all of the stops to convince Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that it's time to unite as the power couple of Forrester Creations. Spoilers tease that on Tuesday's new episode, Ridge catches Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) off guard, likely telling her about Brooke's ambitions to share the top spot as co-CEO. Brooke believes that Steffy will simply move past this and accept the transition, but there's almost zero chance Steffy will be removed from her position without a fight.
Steffy vented to Finn (Tanner Novlan) on Monday's episode about not thinking that Hope (Annika Noelle) and her line were worth the trouble they bring. Learning that Brooke suddenly wants to lead the company alongside Ridge is going to put Brooke in the same category. Steffy made peace with Brooke because she is her father's wife, but once this comes out, and Ridge even thinks about asking Steffy to step down, all bets are off. Steffy is more than ready to send Hope on a one-way ticket out of Forrester Creations, and now she might have to add Brooke's name to that list.
Beware of Brooke

Hope is betting everything on her mother's ability to sell herself to Ridge as the best possible choice to be co-CEO of Forrester Creations. She confided in Liam (Scott Clifton) that she wasn't prepared to walk away from her line quite yet, as she believes Brooke's latest power play is key to reviving her life and bringing it back to the island of relevancy. However, it seems as if Hope may experience a slight hiccup in her grand plan if the official weekly spoilers are any indication. Look for Hope to see a different side of Brooke, and perhaps this will give her greater insight into why Katie (Heather Tom) defected and formed her own fashion house.
Brooke is thirsty for power, and even if she becomes co-CEO, there's no guarantee that Hope For The Future will suddenly become a priority for the company. There is a reason Brooke has amassed so many enemies over the years, and although Hope pitched the idea of being co-CEO for her own personal gain, that doesn't mean Brooke will help her. Brooke's number one desire above all else is to protect Brooke. As she told Ridge, the main reason she wants to reign side by side with her husband is so she can be perceived as a formidable threat against Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie.
