The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Recap, March 5: Dylan confesses her feelings for Will

Here is your The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, March 5, 2026, when Dylan poured her heart out and Taylor gave thanks.

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

At the beach house, Dylan kept her arms around Will. She had wanted to kiss him for so long, so she just couldn't help herself. "Now with everything that's happened, I couldn't hold back," Dylan said. She had been holding back out of respect for her friendship with Electra.

"Us spending time together, taking care of Hayes, being alone...these have been the best days of my life. You've become very special to me," Dylan gushed. "Likewise," was all Will could say. Dylan told Will that she was crazy about him.

Will changed the subject to Dylan's laundry skills to lighten the moment, but Dylan quickly got serious again, telling Will that nobody has ever supported or defended her the way Will had.

"It means I'll be loyal to you. Always. You make me feel happy and safe," she said. Dylan went on to describe what life was like when living in her car, fearful that someone would break in and attack her. "I'm not on the streets anymore. Thanks to you, I'm not alone."

At Il Giardino, Deacon was preoccupied behind the bar. He couldn't get Taylor off his mind. Deke noticed that his dad was a little off. Deacon said he had a lot on his mind. "It's not your wife. It's Taylor, isn't it?" Deke asked. Deacon told Deke that Hope had just given him the same lecture regarding Taylor and Sheila.

Deke proceeded to give his father the same lecture and told him to make things right by making a life with Taylor. Deacon said he wanted to honor the commitment he made to his wife. Deke didn't think that was possible when Deacon was in love with someone else.

In Taylor's office, Sheila went on and on about her fantastic night in bed with Deacon, claiming it was like they were newlyweds again. "The connection that we had...I'm relieved, because things have been off for a while...the lack of intimacy, but not anymore," she said.

Sheila was sure that Taylor was her guardian angel. "Whatever you said, it got through to him. It did the trick," she gushed. Taylor didn't want to take credit for this big change, but Sheila wanted to know what Taylor said to Deacon to make him so amorous.

Taylor said she was very straightforward with Deacon and told him to recommit to his marriage and be a husband to his wife. Taylor remembered Deacon telling her that he'd be thinking of her when he made love to Sheila. "I felt his love like I never have before. The way he touched me and looked at me? It was like he was making love to me for the first time," Sheila said, making Taylor feel even more uncomfortable.

Taylor asked Sheila to spare her any more details, but Sheila couldn't stop praising Taylor and how much she had impacted her marriage. She even begged Taylor to keep seeing Deacon as a patient. "My relationship relies on you," Sheila said. She even considered Taylor to be a friend.

Sadly for Sheila, Taylor told her that she could no longer see Deacon. "He has made so much progress, he doesn't need me," Taylor said, which confused Sheila. She insisted that Deacon needed Taylor before handing Taylor a thank-you gift. When she opened it, Taylor found some Lady Toe baked goods (as opposed to Lady Fingers). "I'll get you a lifetime supply if you keep working miracles on my husband," Sheila giggled.

Sheila hoped that Taylor would help her get through to Deacon's kids, as well as Finn and Steffy. "I want to belong. I want to be a part of my family someday. I am not the woman I once was," Sheila repeated. "This is the new Sheila. She is going home with a pep in her step because there's a pepperoni that needs to get pumped in the oven."

After Sheila left, Deacon stopped in to tell Taylor that all he could think about the night before was her. He then kissed Taylor and Sheila was none the wiser.
