Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
When Miss Dylan was first introduced to The Bold and the Beautiful scene last summer, nobody cared what her last name was because she was supposed to be a day player who we would never see again. Miss Dylan was Hayes' sweet art teacher who ended up being held at gunpoint by Luna before being locked in a closet. When she popped back up as the person who ran Luna down and killed her a few months later, we also weren't concerned with her last name. But then she became a regular character in a front-burner story and still just went by Dylan, with no last name and no real backstory. We just knew she was homeless and living out of her car. Fans have been clamoring for Dylan to have a last name ever since, so the show delivered and Dylan's last name is... (drum roll please...) DYLAN! And her first name...MISS!!! And no, we are not kidding. Her name is actually Melissa and her parents called her Miss, so she is Miss Dylan after all. But is she going to change her name now? Are we going to have to start calling her Miss now that she has cleared things up? Or does she go by Dylan as a first name on purpose? These are the things we must find out because we need to know what to actually call the charactes on our soaps.
