Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
We never thought we'd say this, but we need to see more of Steffy. No, we don't need to see more of Steffy getting involved with her parents' personal lives and ordering people around. We have seen enough of that. What we need to see is Steffy with her very own storyline that somehow doesn't involve Sheila Carter. For the last week, we have watched Steffy put her foot down at work when it came to Ivy and Electra's whining nonsense and we are sure she will have a thing or two to say about Taylor and Deacon again any day now, but what Steffy should not be doing is sitting around talking to Finn about the trial and tribulations of Will and Electra, as Daphne and Carter have been doing lately. Then, Steffy and Finn declared their undying love for each other, which we already know about. We even wondered what the heck Steffy was doing in the episode because the Steffy and Finn scenes were so glaringly out of place. And that is why Steffy needs a story of her own. She is supposed to be the millennial female lead of this soap, but she hasn't had a story that has involved just her in years. If her next story is Sheila Carter-free, even better, so let's get on it.
