She has been hovering around the beach house with a level of intensity that would make a seasoned private investigator blush and honestly we have to wonder if she has anything better to do with her afternoons than peer through windows at Will Spencer and Dylan.The Bold and the Beautiful: Not Proper at all Ivy hahah | Image: CBSShe's basically turned "creeping" into a full-time profession while Ashleigh is busy preparing for a nursery.According to recent SoapCentral.com recaps Ivy has officially reached her limit with the younger generation and she has now twice uttered that soon-to-be-iconic line "It's not proper, not proper at all" in regards to the growing closeness between Will and Dylan which is just hilarious considering this is a show where people marry their father’s ex-wife on a random Tuesday and then go to Brooke's for organic green juice right after and act like nothing happened.The Bold and the Beautiful: Not Proper at all Ivy hahah | Image: CBSWe watched her use the phrase when she caught them in a compromising position on the couch and then again when she was trying to convince Electra that Dylan was a bad influence but the irony of a Forrester cousin lecturing anyone on propriety is almost too much to handle given the family history of "not proper" behavior that usually involves a lot of loft-hopping and secret weddings and enough scandals to fill a library.We want to send a huge congratulations to Ashleigh on her marriage and the new addition to her family and maybe someone can buy Ivy a hobby or at least a set of heavy-duty curtains for the beach house so she doesn't have to witness any more teenagers falling onto each other because having a celebration without at least one Forrester-style scandal would be not proper at all.
