Here is your The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, April 2, 2026, when Sheila's suspicions rose as Deacon and Taylor took another big risk
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
Sheila poured more sand out of Deacon's boots, it became clearer to her that he had been lying about where he was the night before. Sheila seemed heartbroken as she looked at photos of herself and Deacon. Just then, Deacon walked in.
Deacon was surprised to see her, but noted that he trusted that the restaurant was running smoothly because she was a great manager. "I do what I do because I'm your wife," Sheila pointed out. "I love you so much. I just don't know what I'd do if I ever lost you."
Deacon suggested that Sheila could take a break from the restaurant at any time, but Sheila didn't want to. "I like taking care of people, but I do have my limits," Sheila said, before pointing out the shoes by the door. Deacon said he was so tired the night before that he just left them there. Sheila noted that something might be wrong.
"Next time, I will be more careful. I don't want anyone getting hurt," Deacon said. Sheila once again told Deacon how lucky she was, and how "safe and cherished" he made her feel. She noted that she doesn't usually trust easily. "You have given me so much happiness and confidence."
In her office, Taylor and tried to keep herself busy and distracted, but she kept thinking about Sheila in her bedroom with a knife. Soon, Steffy arrived to once again have it out with her mom about her behavior.
"I got things straight with Deacon. Now, I want to settle them with you," Steffy said. "It's over, Mom. You can't see Deacon anymore. Sheila is too dangerous." Taylor reasoned that Sheila almost caught them, but didn't. In Taylor's mind, Sheila wasn't even suspicious.
Taylor and Steffy went more rounds arguing about the same thing. Taylor admitted that Deacon left some clothing behind, but she made sure that Sheila didn't see them. That only freaked Steffy out some more, so she called security to make sure Sheila couldn't get into the building. When Steffy left, she did not notice a disguised Deacon with a pizza box.
Wearing a cap and sunglasses, Deacon appeared in Taylor's office. They immediately began kissing as Sheila arrived at the security office and said she was there to see a friend.
In the Forrester Creations showroom, Brooke praised Ridge's designs. RJ agreed that they were beautiful. RJ admitted that he was glad to be back and working at FC again because he learned something new every day. "I can only imagine that work isn't the only thing keeping you here in Los Angeles," Brooke said.
RJ played dumb, but Brooke knew. "A mother knows when her son is happy and I think a lot of it has to do with Electra," Brooke gushed. RJ admitted that he and Electra had an amazing private dinner date the night before. He was amazed they hadn't met before, even though they are cousins. Brooke once again repeated that RJ was a Marone, to make us all okay with the family relation romance.
In the design office, Electra was surprised to receive a notification about the photo Ivy had posted to her social media. When Ivy appeared and suggested that Electra plan another dinner with RJ, Electra asked her about the pic. Ivy admitted that she indeed did post the photo. It was so cute, so how could she not? "I'm so happy for you, Electra, and I figured that everyone else would be happy for you too," Ivy said.
Ivy kept rambling on as Electra stayed silent. She told her niece that she was sick of hearing her talk about Will. "The night before you gave yourself to him for the very first time, he was with another woman. And I don't care if he was taken advantage of," Ivy declared. "Now, he's sleeping with your former best friend. Will Spencer is your past. RJ Forrester is your future."

Ivy went as far as telling Electra that Will had no moral compass and could ruin her place in the family and with the company. "Will and the Spencers are not worthy of you. RJ is," Ivy insisted.
Electra thanked Ivy for looking out for her, but said she should never have posted that photo. Ivy brushed it off as completely innocent, but Electra didn't like that Ivy went behind her back. Ivy still didn't see a problem. Why would Electra want to hide her time with RJ? "I didn't. I just didn't want to broadcast it all over the internet," Electra said. She eventually admitted that RJ made her happy.
