What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Electra confessed to Ivy that, despite her reassurance, she was still worried about Dylan's lack of communication. Ivy reminded Electra that Dylan wasn't respectful of her wishes. She didn't respect Electra's boundaries, and she found ways to be alone with her boyfriend.
Electra wasn't accustomed to ignoring her friends, but Ivy told her that she needed to let it go. However, Will texted Electra and asked her to come to the beach house as soon as possible. No additional context was given, so Electra and Ivy assumed that it was some sort of romantic gesture.
With Electra gone, Ivy again thought back to what she witnessed between Dylan and Will. She told herself that it wasn't proper. However, Ivy received a sudden text, prompting her to pack up her things and head out of the office.

Will and Dylan returned to his beach house to continue the conversation about why she really left town. Dylan told Will that she couldn't be seen with him. She begged him to forget everything that Ivy told him about their improper behavior.
Dylan didn't want to get into it, but Will insisted that she stick around and tell him everything. Dylan caved and told Will that Ivy had ordered her to skip town and never return to Los Angeles. She didn't want to be there when Electra arrived because that violated what Ivy commanded of her.
Electra finally got to the beach house, and her eyes widened at the sight of her close friend. She asked Dylan to explain what was going on, and Will revealed that it had to do with Ivy. Dylan told the couple that Ivy accused her of trying to seduce Will, and to avoid upsetting her, she agreed to leave town.
Electra realized that everything Dylan told her about why she was leaving Los Angeles was a lie. Electra apologized to Dylan for what Ivy put her through, and she was sorry for everything her friend had experienced.
Ivy arrived at the beach house as Electra and Dylan shared a tearful embrace. Electra was dumbfounded at why Ivy was there, but Will invited her, so she could provide some answers about what went down with Dylan.
Once Ivy was firmly inside the living room, Electra tore into her aunt and demanded answers about her thought process the night she accosted Dylan. She asked, "Why go to her and tell her to leave LA and never come back?"

Daphne couldn't believe that Carter wanted to get married right away. His logic made sense in theory. She was already at the venue and in her dress. However, Daphne didn't think she could agree to it without Steffy by her side. Luckily for Daphne, Steffy entered the showroom, accompanied by Finn, Donna, Eric, and Brooke.
Daphne was blown away that everyone close to her was in on the surprise. The biggest issue was that there was nobody there to officiate the ceremony. Carter already thought of that as well, and he called Zende into the room, who was recently ordained to preside over their wedding.
Ridge and Eric had a brief sidebar about the latter's retirement. Eric joked that he was surprised his key card even worked to get into the building. Ridge reminded him that he always had a place there. Eric announced that retirement had left him surprisingly busy, putting Donna in an uncomfortable position.
Brooke believed that she and Ridge set a trend by marrying at Forrester. They did it first, and everyone else copied. It seems to be the same logic that left them angry at Katie for using the name Logan as well.
Everyone pretended that they didn't see Daphne in her dress, and she walked down the aisle like the blushing bride. Zende stepped into his new role seamlessly, and he thanked everyone for coming to celebrate Daphne and Carter. He cited the clear connection between the couple, showing a bit more insight into what viewers might not have seen.
Zende joked around about someone objecting to the union, and Ridge decided to stand up. However, he wasn't looking to object to the bride and groom coming together; instead, Ridge had an observation about his best friend.
Ridge recalled the length of his and Carter's friendship. There were many ups and downs in his life, and nobody struggled more than Carter Walton. Ridge believed that Daphne truly was the one for Carter, and he was elated for his bestie. Nobody deserved to be married more than Carter.
Carter and Daphne exchanged vows in front of their loved ones. It was a special moment that ended Carter's bad luck streak in relationships. Finally, the perennial officiant left a wedding as a married man.
