Here is your The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, June 1, 2026 featuring Deke getting the offer of a lifetime, and RJ gloating as Will gets fired.
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Will was completely shocked to learn that he was actually being fired from Forrester. He tried to explain himself, but Ridge didn't want to hear it. R.J. threatened to walk away from the family company if his father didn't remove Will immediately, leaving Ridge with little room to maneuver. He told Will that he was fired, and honestly, he had no other choice.
R.J. taunted Will about being fired, but Will wasn't going down without reminding everyone in the room about R.J. being the aggressor in their feud. Carter brought up their previous scuffle in the CEO's office, which only strengthened Will's argument because R.J. was the one who started it. Despite everything being laid out on the table, there was no chance that Steffy and Ridge were going to fire their own blood. Will's time at Forrester was up, and there was no getting around it.
Will felt like everyone wanted him gone because of who his parents were. Bill and Katie were absolutely a lingering factor in how Will and R.J.'s drama was being handled. Carter and Steffy did their best to paint Will as someone who created an unsafe work environment, but that wasn't good enough for R.J. He continued to flaunt his power in Will's face to the point that even Ridge and Steffy appeared uncomfortable.
Will didn't take it lying down, and he blasted the entire Forrester family for how they were treating him. R.J. won this battle, but Will warned him that he'd regret getting involved in his life like this. He told him to stop prying and stormed out of the office. This was a war that was far from over by the sounds of Will's threat.
After Will left, Carter tried to point out that R.J. was constantly antagonizing Will, but all Ridge promised to do was talk to his son. As if that was going to accomplish anything.

Electra was stunned to hear from Dylan that Will and R.J. got into a physical altercation at Bikini. She racked her brain trying to understand what they could've possibly been fighting over. However, Dylan quickly informed her that Electra herself was at the center of their scuffle.
Was Electra feigning ignorance, or did she honestly have no idea why the cousins would've been fighting? The moment Electra walked away, Will jumped at the chance to take a cheap shot at his biggest rival. She claimed that she didn't want anyone fighting over her, but she didn't seem too broken up about the extra attention.
Will gave Electra the biggest hug ever in the design room, and she was excited to bask in the good news about moving in together. Beyond that, she wanted to discuss his actions from the previous evening, and he explained everything that went down. She wondered why he kept it from her, and she asked him to stop fighting since they worked together.
Will had to drop the unfortunate news to Electra that he was no longer employed by Forrester Creations. R.J. got exactly what he wanted. His time at the company was over. He explained the situation to her, and they actually shared a passionate kiss instead of breaking up like many might have expected.
R.J. found Dylan in the showroom, and the first thing he did was mention that Will was sorry for ever putting his hands on him. He gloated about Will taking things too far, and he was all too happy to reveal that Will was fired.

Deke was gobsmacked that Hope was out at Forrester and on her way to Logan. This was the biggest opportunity of his career, and after his fashion-designing aspirations were doused by Forrester, his sister was giving him everything he wanted on a silver platter.
Deke thought everything at Logan was going well for his sister, so this came entirely out of the blue. He wanted her to be happy, and that was never going to happen at Forrester. Living under the rule of Steffy was never going to be comfortable for Hope, so the only way to fix that was for her to step out on her own.
While Deke was thrilled at the chance to work for Logan, he wasn't sure that this was the best move for Hope. She wasn't a designer like her brother, so he was the best option to bring her next collection to life. She offered to bring him to Logan with her so he could hear about their grand plans for himself.

Bill did his best to reassure Liam that everything would go according to plan for Hope's transition from Forrester to Logan. Liam was nervous that his wife would have a negative reaction to the Hope for the Future diamond. It was absolutely going to further the tension between mother and daughter once all was revealed.
Katie walked into the office on the tail end of their conversation and asked what was going on with Hope. Liam did his best to hide the truth from Katie, but he admitted that everything related to Hope's defection was complicated. This was a significant jump for Hope, and walking away from Brooke was the biggest moment of her professional life.
Deke was slightly sketched out by all of the secrecy surrounding Hope joining the company. Katie formally asked Deke if he was accompanying his sister as part of Logan. Everyone gave Deke the hard sell about finally being able to make all of his dreams come true, and he made the choice to come on board.
