Here is your The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, when Will and Electra both dealt with family business decisions.
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

In Eric's office, RJ kept insisting to Ridge that Will had to be lying about not knowing what his parents were up to with Eric's designs. "Dad, you have to fire him. You have to fire Will," RJ demanded. Ridge looked at Will as if he believed him.
Will said he wouldn't blame Ridge if he did fire him. "It's shameful what my father's doing," Will said. Ridge told Will that he wasn't his father and he wasn't going to fire him, much to RJ's chagrin. Ridge turned to RJ and said, "The two of you are going to have to figure this out. You're grown men, and you're going to have to work together."
When Will left to have a talk with his dad, Ridge admired RJ's designs. RJ surprised Ridge when he said he wanted to start a men's couture line. "Something low-key, but sophisticated," RJ said. Ridge thought it was a great idea. Just then, Brooke appeared and told them that she and Katie had argued again.
After RJ left so that his parents could talk alone, Ridge told Brooke that he hated what this new fashion house was doing to Brooke and Katie's relationship. "All because of Bill. Greedy bastard," Ridge lamented. Ridge also blamed himself for forcing Eric's retirement. Brooke refused to hear it and placed all the blame on Bill and Katie.

While Katie stared pensively at the Logan sign behind her desk, Bill was on cloud nine, claiming that the entire fashion industry was going nuts over their debut line. Bill took Katie in his arms and told her, "Don't let the Forresters rain on your parade." Katie couldn't help it as she thought back on her argument with Brooke. "Bill, this is going to be war," she warned.
Bill wasn't worried and believed Brooke would come around and get over her anger. "Katie, I know I keep saying this, but you have got to stop letting Brooke get in your head. This is your time to shine," Bill said. He also wasn't worried about Eric. "We gave him respect, validation. People are practically drooling over his designs," he added, musing that Will might even want to leave Forrester.
Katie didn't think that would be the best move. She loved the idea but knew it would cause more problems with Brooke. RJ soon walked in and chastised his parents for using Eric's designs against his wishes. "This is not funny. Dad, you know what you're doing...Why are you so casual? Your moves are affecting my life. And what about you? What do you have to say?" Will asked, turning to his mother. "Is Eric not the man who employed him for years? And now you're just going to let Dad stab him in the back?"
Bill stopped Will in his tracks, reiterating that Eric had come to them and they paid him a "pretty penny" for his designs. Bill said this was called "commercial enterprise, something you'd be learning here, your family business." Katie did her best to diffuse things between her husband and son.
Will eventually admitted he didn't really care about Eric's feelings in all of this. "What I really care about is you messing with my life. Did you ever think about how this was going to affect me? You almost lost Liam. How did that feel? Do you want to lose me, too?" Will asked.

In the FC showroom, Ivy and Electra cornered Steffy and chastised her for hiring Dylan. Electra mainly just stood there with her arms crossed as Ivy did most of the talking. "Dylan was a friend of Electra's and she betrayed her. She can't work here," Ivy stated.
Steffy explained that she and Electra had already discussed the matter. Ivy thought that Steffy should know what Dylan had done to Electra, but Steffy claimed it was their private business. That didn't stop Ivy from telling Steffy that Dylan had been improper around Will.
Electra finally spoke up and tried to talk Steffy into rethinking her decision. "This is not up for debate. I'm not changing my mind," Steffy asserted. Electra tried to tell Steffy that she didn't know everything about Dylan. "I know that you and Will broke up and she's still living at his beach house," Steffy stated. Ivy and Electra tried to tell her more, but Steffy again said she didn't need the details.
"I think we need to commit to being team players. Welcome Dylan on board the best you can. She struggled enough," Steffy reasoned. After Steffy left the showroom, Electra short-circuited again. Now, she would have to see Dylan every day on top of seeing Will. "I don't know if I can handle watching the two of them flirting with each other," Electra whined, as Ivy called Will a womanizer.

Ivy took Electra into her arms and said, "This breakup is a blessing in disguise. You deserve so much better than Will Spencer." Once Ivy was gone, Electra was lost in her sad and angry thoughts until Dylan appeared. Electra took one look at Dylan and told her she shouldn't be there.
"It's wrong and you know it. I trusted you as my best friend. I was nothing but kind to you. I even let you stay at Will's when you had nowhere else to go. How do you repay me? By making moves on my boyfriend," Electra accused, bringing up the kiss. "You need to go and tell Steffy you quit. I don't care what you tell her. Just leave. This is MY world, Dylan, not yours."
