The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, March 26: Taylor and Deacon took advantage of a camping trip

Taylor stared out the window, thinking about Deacon, while Deacon stood behind the bar at Il Giardino, thinking about Taylor. Steffy and Finn entered the room, talking about their camping trip, which brought Taylor back to reality. "Hopefully, you won't be too lonely without us," Steffy told her mom.

Steffy praised Taylor for "squashing her feelings for Deacon" as she gave her mother a hug. Taylor wished Steffy and Finn a good trip in her quest to get rid of them as soon as possible. "Don't get into too much trouble," Steffy said.

Back at the restaurant, Sheila disrupted Deacon's thoughts. She noticed he seemed distracted. She hoped that Deacon would want to join her upstairs for a glass of wine and time in bed. Deacon said that he already had plans with Hope. Sheila didn't want to take no for an answer.

"You're just so busy all the time lately. I just thought it would be nice to spend a quiet evening, or even a not-so-quiet evening," Sheila suggested. Deacon noted that they were always together, but Sheila disagreed and asked Deacon to postpone his plans with Hope. Deacon said he couldn't do that to Hope.

Sheila finally understood that Deacon wanted to be with his daughter, as she lamented not having a relationship with Finnn and Hayes. "It's not in the cards right now, but I'm so lucky to be married to a wonderful man who's an incredible father," she said. Sheila thanked Taylor for making Deacon a better person. "I hope you have a wonderful night with Hope and you can just make it up to me when you get home," Sheila added before walking away.

Hope and Liam made out on the couch in Brooke's living room. "We have the whole place to ourselves. When does that even happen?" Liam asked. He and Hope wanted to make the best of their alone time. Liam could tell that Hope had her dad on her mind, but she didn't want to talk about it and spoil the evening.

When Liam left the room to get food from the kitchen, Deacon called Hope and asked her to cover for him. If Sheila asked if they had dinner, Hope was to just tell Sheila that they did. He also didn't want her to walk into the restaurant and blow his cover. Hope knew this had to be about Taylor. She advised Deacon to have fun, but to also be safe.

Liam returned with a tray full of food. They bantered back and forth until Liam brought up Taylor and Deacon again. Liam knew that Hope was worried about Sheila's reaction to learning about her dad and Taylor. "It's not nothing. Sheila is Sheila. She's intense. She's volatile," he said. Hope noted that Sheila was not the right woman for Deacon. "I have to keep my fingers crossed that he will think about what's best for him in the long run," Hope said. "I believe it's only a matter of time before my dad leaves Sheila."

After Deacon left Il Giardino, Sheila was pleased to see Li. She had ordered a pizza after learning that Steffy and Finn would be camping on the beach, so she couldn't spend the evening with them. Sheila noted that Taylor would be home all alone before growing pensive as she realized that she didn't even know that Finn liked camping. "Thank God I have Deacon because sometimes it feels like he's all I have left," Sheila lamented.

After she and Li made lunch plans, Li left with some Lady Toes. A server soon told Sheila that more flower arrangements had arrived than Sheila had ordered. Sheila decided to take an arrangement to Taylor to thank her for all the help with Deacon.

Back at Steffy's house, Deacon walked in through the back patio doors to find Taylor ready and waiting. He dropped a pizza on the table as Taylor ran into his arms and started kissing him. Deacon promised Sheila that he had parked on the road and made sure nobody could see him. They could never let Steffy suspect he was there. Deacon had also turned off the location of his phone.

Tyalor felt bad about breaking her promise to Steffy, but she had to see Deacon. He declared his love for Taylor. They decided they had this one night together, and they were going to make the most of it.
