This week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila's world was blown apart when she learned about Deacon's affair with Taylor. But at the end of Friday's episode, she watched them through the blinds together at the apartment that she shared with Deacon. Her side-eyed look and little smile told us that Sheila is plotting some kind of retaliation, but what could it be?
Sheila kissed Deacon goodbye

This week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) sadly parted ways with Deacon (Sean Kanan) after he confessed that he was in love with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). She wistfully took a look around Il Giardino and reflected on the happy times they once shared. Then, after she turned out the light, she quietly said, "I'll be back. This isn't over for us, Deacon." Will Deacon eventually want her back? In soapland, there's always that possibility!
At the end of Friday's episode, Sheila watched Deacon and Taylor, cuddled up on the couch in the apartment she shared with him. When she turned her face away, we caught her side eye and a faint smile. That means the wheels in Sheila's mind are turning. What is she planning to do to them?
Some B&B fans want her to get revenge by either taking Il Giardino from him or by opening a rival restaurant. They want her to report Taylor for having an affair with a patient. Those are all good suggestions. But what if Sheila decides to go in a different direction and do something else instead?
Maybe Sheila will ask Li for advice

Sheila and Li's (Naomi Matsuda) friendship is one of the strangest things that's occurred on B&B in years. Li should hate Sheila with a passion, considering all the horrible things Sheila did to her family. She shot Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), she ran Li off the road, and she had an affair with Li's husband, Jack (Ted King). But we're supposed to practice suspension of disbelief, since this is a soap. Did Sheila even apologize to Li for all the pain she caused her and her family? It's awful that Li can forgive her, but she doesn't have it in her heart to forgive her own sister, Poppy (Romy Park), for the bad things she did (none of which were violent).
But getting back to the weird friendship, maybe Sheila can ask Li for advice on how to pick up the pieces of your life after your spouse has cheated. Li would know better than anyone else how to do that, considering that she left Jack after she learned that he cheated on her. Ironically, his mistress was Sheila!
Li is a doctor, and Sheila was a nurse when she first appeared on The Young and the Restless in 1990. Perhaps Li could pull some strings and get Sheila a job working at the hospital? Wouldn't it be something if Sheila returned to her nursing roots? It wouldn't exactly count as revenge against Deacon and Taylor. But at least Sheila would be showing her cheating husband that her heartbreak didn't break her spirit. She would be moving forward with her life in a new (yet old) career. She would be living well, which is said to be the best form of revenge.
Deacon and Taylor would be afraid to set foot in the hospital!

Just imagine what would happen every time Taylor or Deacon had to go to the hospital for treatment or to visit someone (not that they go there every day on The Bold and the Beautiful, but occasionally). They would run into Sheila! And if either of them needed medical treatment, then they (especially Taylor) would be afraid to be her patient.
It would make Sheila feel good to work at the hospital, because then, she would be working in the same building as her son, Finn, and Li. Even though Finn hardly ever speaks to her, it might give her a sense of peace to know that they are both working in the medical profession and that he's nearby. And maybe he would be pleased that she got her life back on track and didn't harm anyone after learning about Deacon's affair. He might be happy that she returned to the nursing profession instead of reverting to her former violent self.
Whatever action Sheila decides to take against Deacon and Taylor, she would be smart to use her head this time and to resist being violent. Deacon himself told her that if she physically strikes out at anyone, then she will end up in prison -- and he doesn't want that for her. He wants her to have a better life than that. She has a right to be angry at him for the affair, but let's hope she heeds his advice and resists her violent impulses. She would be doing herself a favor in the long run. And this time, she would be healing people rather than hurting them.
