The Bold and the Beautiful: Will Steffy fire Ivy once her secret is exposed?

In the past couple of months, The Bold and the Beautiful's Ivy has become the most manipulative character in the entire show. As co-CEO, Steffy doesn't want any personal drama in the workplace. Once Ivy's secret is exposed, will Steffy fire her?

Will someone please explain to us why The Bold and the Beautiful's Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) thinks she has the power to threaten Dylan (Sydney Bullock), or anyone else, for that matter? It's crazy that she's being such a big bully, warning Dylan that if she rats her out about her manipulations in keeping Will (Crew Morrow) and Electra (Laneya Grace) apart, then she's going to make sure that Dylan never works at Forrester Creations or any other fashion house. Say what? Ivy isn't one of the CEOs of FC. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are the two CEOs. Heck, Steffy doesn't even like Ivy, considering that they were past rivals for Liam's (Scott Clifton) affection.

So, once Ivy's secret is exposed (because we know it eventually will be), will Steffy fire her from FC? Steffy offered Dylan the receptionist job because she knew that Dylan was homeless and needed a full-time job to pay the bills. Steffy has also stressed that she doesn't want her employees to allow their personal drama to interfere with their jobs. Considering that Ivy has been spending so much work time manipulating her co-workers, Steffy most likely will not tolerate that. So, will she give Ivy the boot?

Love her or hate her, Steffy is great at putting her employees in their place. We don't think she will want Ivy at FC anymore, in spite of the fact that they are technically related (though not blood-related). We think Steffy will stand up for the four young people Ivy has been manipulating, and she will tell Ivy to hit the road!

Does Forrester Creations even need Ivy?

When Steffy and Electra went to San Francisco for FC's jewelry presentation, Ivy didn't go. Steffy took her place because Ivy was sick at the time. The trip was a success without Ivy's presence. Electra showed some of the jewelry pieces she created with Ivy, and they were a hit with the wealthy buyers.

So, would it really be a big loss for FC if Ivy didn't work there anymore? Even though Electra is technically her assistant right now, maybe she could move up the ladder more quickly without Ivy's presence at work. Since Ivy's manipulations are creating so much personal chaos at FC, Electra has been distracted with her fractured love life and isn't able to focus as much attention on her job. If Steffy fires Ivy, then that would free up Electra so that she could get more work done.

Steffy won't like that Ivy put Daphne in a tough spot

Once Steffy finds out that her friend, Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), knew about Ivy's secret and that Ivy warned her to keep quiet, Steffy's going to be even angrier at Ivy. We've all been wondering why Daphne hasn't told Electra and Will, considering that Ivy didn't threaten her the way she threatened Dylan. Maybe Daphne doesn't think she has a right to interfere, considering that she isn't personally involved in Will and Electra's love life. It still doesn't make much sense that she hasn't said anything. Is she afraid of Ivy, for some reason?

Why hasn't she told Steffy, considering that they are close friends? Perhaps she doesn't want to cause any problems between Steffy and Ivy, because they are family? But once the secret comes out, we feel like Steffy is going to ask Daphne why she didn't tell her about it immediately.

It just feels like Ivy needs to get some kind of comeuppance for her actions, and the ultimate comeuppance would be if Steffy serves her with a pink slip while uttering the words, "Clean out your desk. You're fired."
