The Bold and the Beautiful's Hope seems to be finished with Forrester Creations after Steffy's latest snub, and Logan looks to be the most logical landing place. However, what happens to Thomas and his grand return if Hope For The Future is shelved yet again? What if Thomas does the unthinkable and finds a new home with the enemy?

Similar to Katie (Heather Tom), Hope (Annika Noelle) has been frequently sidelined at Forrester Creations, with Hope For The Future always on the verge of being shelved. At the end of last week's episodes, Hope took another crushing blow as her line was being pushed aside in favor of Eric's (John McCook) couture line. This was another example of Hope working for a fashion house with the wrong last name. While her mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), is treated like company royalty, the same can not be said for Hope.

On Wednesday's all-new episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Liam (Scott Clifton) took a stand on behalf of his wife and the poor treatment she receives at Forrester. He is a staunch supporter of Hope and all that she stands for, and he refuses to sit idly and watch her efforts be thrown to the wayside in favor of someone else, time and time again. Liam proposed that Katie's next collection be called "Hope," with Hope jumping ship to Logan and bringing her line alongside her. However, what if Hope isn't the only one who comes to Katie's fashion house when she departs? There's a wildcard that nobody is factoring in, and they could change everything.

While it would be incredible for Katie to have Hope by her side for the next collection, what exactly is Hope bringing to the table? She isn't a designer. She is more of a spokesperson and figurehead. None of that is a knock against Hope; it's just the reality of the situation. However, what if the current designer of Hope's line finally tired of playing second fiddle to his sister and father and defected to the enemy? Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) defecting from his family company and joining Hope at Logan is the biggest twist this story could possibly take. Hope's line being delayed yet again does just as much damage to Thomas as it does to Hope, and perhaps enough is enough, and he will grow fed up enough to walk away.

Naturally, there's the long and complicated history between Thomas and Liam that would need to be sorted out. Still, once that becomes water under the bridge, Thomas and Hope can show Steffy, Brooke, and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) why they should've been taken more seriously at Forrester. What was the point of reviving Hope's line if it was going to be dropped in favor of something else? As it stands, there is no incentive for Hope or for Thomas to remain at the company. Neither party is ever going to climb any higher on that corporate ladder, so why not go somewhere where their creative freedom can be respected and realized?
