Welcome to Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

One thing seems pretty clear after the conversation that Chad had with Jennifer on the January 29th episode of Days of our Lives. We will soon get a teenage Thomas. Considering that Thomas was born before Holly and just a few months after Tate was born, that would make some sense since Holly and Tate are in college. As soon as Chad told Jennifer that Thomas would be a teenager soon and he worried about raising a teenage son, we knew what he was trying to tell the audience. Cary Christopher only has about two more episodes left, as the young actor has left the soap to pursue other roles. Billy Flynn also has not worked on DAYS in months, as he is busy playing Cane Ashby on The Young and the Restless. Conor Floyd, who played Y&R's Chance Chancellor, will begin streaming as Chad in just a few months. We suspect we will get a whole new father-son dynamic, with a different Chad and grown-up Thomas. Does that mean we will also be getting a teenage Rachel, since it's been established that they are in the same class and BFFs? That would certainly put Chad and his sister, Kristen, in a whole new position as parents, while also bringing some new excitement to the Salem canvas as Abigail's little boy and Kristen's little girl soon likely grow up.
