At the Salem Inn, Leo and Dimitri struggled to figure out a way to remove Dimitri's ankle bracelet. Leo finally suggested they use lube, which put a smile on Dimitri's face. While Leo liked how the lube felt on his ankle, it didn't do the trick. When Dimitri started flirting with him, Leo reminded him there was nothing between them. Leo was only helping Dimitri because he believed he was innocent.

In Horton Town Square, Sarah spotted Xander in a close moment with Gwen. When Xander went to get some scones, Gwen approached Sarah and made sure to tell her that she and Xander spent the night "making passionate love, just like the old days."

"If Xander wants to be involved with a wretched human like you, then he can do whatever the hell he wants," Sarah said, just as Xander appeared. Sarah quickly walked away. While Xander and Gwen ate their scones, Gwen asked Xander if it felt satisfying to see how upset Sarah was about them being together.

Xander stressed to Gwen that they were just friends with benefits, but Gwen wanted to know how often he wanted to take advantage of the benefits part. "As often as possible," Xander said.

Brady moved Kristen and Rachel into his new digs, with Rachel in awe of her new home with a pool in the building. "The best part is you're staying here with us. Oh, Mommy, I'm so happy," Rachel told Kristen.

Brady reminded Rachel that Kristen was only staying temporarily. Rachel was also not happy to hear that she would have to visit her outpatient therapist and be late for school. "As long as I don't have to see Dr. Gregory anymore or go back to Bayview," Rachel said.

The little family soon arrived at the hospital, where Rachel was pleased to see Sarah and even apologized and gave her a hug. Kristen broke up the embrace as soon as she could so they could get to their appointment. Brady stayed behind to talk to Sarah.

Brady told Sarah that Kristen glared at her because she had spotted Sarah's lipstick on his collar the night before. "I told her she has no power over what you and I decide to do," Brady said.

Sarah admitted that she could kind of see Kristen's point of view. After seeing Xander with Gwen, she had to realize that she had no power over what Xander decided to do. However, Sarah claimed it didn't bother her to see Gwen and Xander together. "If anything, it made me feel a little bit envious that they had consummated their relationship," Sarah said.

Sarah suggested they could get another makeout session in if they took a trip to the supply closet. Brady was game because he had some time until Rachel was done with her appointment. Sadly, their idea hit a snag because Leo and Dimitri soon appeared, with Dimitri hobbling while Leo called for help.

Sarah took Dimitri into an exam room, where he claimed he twisted his ankle. He also thought the ankle monitor was too tight. Sarah agreed, noting how red and irritated his skin was. Sarah wanted to get an X-ray so she planned to call someone to have the monitor removed.

Sarah got permission to remove the monitor, so Leo forged ahead with his part of the plan and set off the fire alarm. That distraction was enough for Dimitri to make his escape, sans monitor. So, it was off to Alamania for Dimitri and Leo.

Back in the Square, Kristen found Xander and Gwen kissing, so she made sure to interrupt them. Kristen reminded Gwen that they had breakfast plans, so Xander left, and Kristen sat down. Gwen assured Kristen that she and Xander were just having a little "cheeky fun."

Kristen filled Gwen in on her new living arrangement. She was sure she could manage to stay in Brady's apartment way longer than a month. In fact, she was now in the perfect position to win Brady back. "Cheers to both of us getting what we want," Gwen said. "And screw anyone who gets in our way," Kristen added with a laugh.

Gwen was soon surprised to hear that Kristen didn't believe that Dimitri had conspired with Peter. She knew Gwen had set the whole thing up. "It seems like too much of a coincidence that your ex showed up in Salem just at the right time to cause chaos at Leo and Javi's wedding," Kristen noted.

Gwen feigned insult and innocence, but Kristen didn't buy it. Kristen assured Gwen she wasn't going to "punch a hole" in Gwen's story, but Kristen knew that she was up to something.

As for Xander, when he was alone in his office, he spotted his wedding ring and realized that it was time to take it off, which was just what he did.

While in her Bayview room, Sophia once again flashed back to replacing Holly's supplements with mental health meds that caused Holly's erratic behavior at the sorority mixer. She also got a kick out of seeing Holly being dragged on social media.

Sophia paid particular attention to the nurse who brought her latest round of meds. The nurse watched her take them, but when the nurse turned around, Sophia took the pills out of her mouth and put them under her pillow. "The meds help, but not for long," Sophia wrote. The nurse promised to talk to Dr. Gregory about upping her dosage.

When the nurse was gone, Sophia grabbed the phone Brady unwittingly paid for and sent a text to Rachel, who was walking through the Square with Brady. Sophia needed a little favor

At The Brady Pub, Holly stared at her skin using her phone camera, worried about blemishes. Tate saw she was distracted and tried to get her attention. Tate assured Holly that she wasn't breaking out, but she claimed that he couldn't see it due to all the makeup she was wearing. She whipped out what she believed were her skin care supplements, telling Tate that she could take up to four a day safely.

Holly was soon alarmed when she saw that the sorority girl she had trashed posted a video of the moment. She began to panic when she saw the trending hashtag: "#hollyjonasisabitch." Tate tried to remain calm, but Holly was in the middle of a conniption. "It's all Sophia's fault," she declared.

The "supplements" seemed to be kicking in as Holly was all over the place. She explained to Tate that Maisy had a thing for Tate, so that was why she went off on her at the mixer. "I'm sure she's heard by now how easy it was for Sophia to take you away from me," Holly said angrily.

An erratic Holly threw all sorts of accusations at a perplexed Tate, but she did manage to figure out that Sophia faked her apology to make her doctor happy. "I saw the look in her eyes. She still hates me with a vengeance...I don't think she's at all over what happened," Holly said.

Tate asked Holly a pointed question: "Are you?" Holly admitted that she still had hard feelings, as her anger grew. "Would you rather me lie about it and just pretend that everything's perfect when it clearly isn't?" she asked. Tate noted that Holly was not acting like herself. A confused Holly didn't know what to say, so she left.
