Here’s your Days of our Lives recap for the week of November 10th through 14th, 2025, when family returned for the gala and reminisced, Marlena had a health scare during the party, Sami returned with an announcement, Dr. Rolf neared a breakthrough, and Days of our Lives celebrated its 60th Anniversary.
What happened on Days of our Lives
Marie returned to Salem for the gala, and she reminisced about 60 years of history with Julie. Holly and Tate interviewed Marie and Julie about the Horton family history with the hospital. Holly and Tate planned to use the interviews and footage from the gala to make a documentary short for their film class.
Jeremy complained to his father, Mike, about how he felt out of place in Salem. Mike advised Jeremy to stick it out and prove to people that he had changed into a better man. Jeremy caught the tail end of Holly and Tate’s interview, and he asked about Bill and Laura. Julie and Marie told Jeremy about how his father had been the product of rape. Julie also told him that Bill and Laura eventually reconciled.
When Bo and Hope confirmed that they would be unable to attend the gala, Julie reminisced with Maggie about how Hope had come to be in her life. Julie talked about Addie’s surprise marriage to Doug, her leukemia, and her death in a car accident after Hope’s birth. Maggie talked about how she had met and married Mickey.
Thomas suffered minor injuries from his accident, and he refused to talk to Chad. Jennifer blamed Chad for the accident. Jennifer told Chad that she was taking his kids because he was negligent. Chad vowed to fight Jennifer for custody, and EJ promised to represent Chad in court if needed. Jennifer asked Julie for her support during the custody fight.
Sami returned to Salem for the gala. While at the pub, Sami told Lucas that she forgave him, and she told him that she was engaged. Lucas congratulated Sami and wished her a happy life. When Sami visited EJ, he was shocked to learn she was engaged to Dante Vitali. Sami stressed that Dante had no connection to the mob in Pennsylvania, and she accused EJ of being jealous. Sami told EJ that he was not invited to Johnny’s baby shower, and she noted it was because EJ caused his own misery. Sami encouraged EJ to follow her lead and work to fight their vindictive instincts.
Philip learned that Maggie and Xander had decided to put up the Kiriakis estate as collateral for a loan for Titan. While lamenting about Vivian with Kate, Lucas asked what had happened. Philip told Lucas about Vivian’s letter and the scheme. Philip almost confessed to Lucas that Xander had beaten him, but he stopped himself.
Rafe briefed Eli on his investigation with Cat. Rafe asked Eli to help him and Cat investigate the clinic. Abe asked Lani to talk to Theo, but Lani declined. Lani said she agreed with Paulina. Lani asked Abe to ask himself why Theo had opened up to Paulina and not Abe.
Sami threw a baby shower for Johnny, Chanel, and baby T. Sami advised Johnny to think about easing things between him and EJ in time. Sami announced her engagement to the family. Marlena was concerned, but Will vouched for Dante because he had met him.
Tony was officially declared missing. EJ hired his own investigative team to search for his brother in Greece. Eli told EJ that he was aware of the parallel investigation, and he asked EJ to keep him in the loop on any developments. Eli said the ISA was also looking into the disappearances of Stefan and Dimitri.
Cat caught Leo attempting to enter the secret lab of the clinic. Leo lied and said he was working on a story about EJ. Inside the lab, Gwen waited for a secret delivery. Gwen was horrified to see Leo and Cat on the CCTV outside the room. Once they left, Gwen coordinated the delivery of a large crate to the lab.
Cat asked Andrew for advice about recovered memories she had been having about Sami and a man in bandages. Andrew confirmed that Cat and EJ had been held in the same facility during her recovery.
The gala started. Rachel overheard Will talking to EJ about how he had shot EJ and how Lucas had taken the fall. EJ and John’s children gave speeches about John’s bequest to the hospital for pancreatic cancer research. Marlena talked about Isabella and her death. During a break in the programming, Paul told Marlena that he and Andrew were trying to adopt a baby. Marlena was thrilled. As Marlena mingled, she clutched her chest and asked Kayla to take her to the hospital. Kayla was fine, but she stayed for tests at the hospital as the gala resumed.
Several family members gave speeches about Dr. Tom Horton and his legacy at the hospital. Jennifer showed a slideshow that she had put together with Stephanie. Everyone reminisced about the births, deaths, loves, and lives at the hospital.

At the lab, Dr. Rolf whispered to a cryogenic tube that he was close to a breakthrough. At the gala, Paulina informed EJ that Kristen had broken out of prison. In a dark room somewhere, a person who looked like Tony removed a blindfold from Kristen’s face.
