What happened on Days of our Lives, the week of November 24th through 28th, 2025, when Marlena and Sarah recovered in the hospital, Rachel confessed to Brady, Leo proposed, Julie missed Doug, and Chad disappeared.

Leo informed Gwen that he did not want to accept her offer to search for Dimitri. Gwen insisted that Leo needed closure, but Leo said he had moved on and he was happy. When Javi asked Leo if he was afraid of his feelings for Dimitri, Leo stressed that Javi was all he wanted.
Marlena responded well to antibiotics at first, but she needed a pacemaker to manage the damage to her heart from the infection. EJ visited Marlena on Susan’s behalf, and Marlena argued with him about keeping Rachel’s secret. Belle lit into EJ for how his cheapness had hurt Marlena.
As Sarah struggled to breathe after eating pistachio ice cream, the situation caused Rachel to remember EJ’s shooting. Sarah recovered in the hospital. Rachel apologized and told Brady that she had remembered that she had shot EJ.
Brady told Belle about how Rachel had intentionally exposed Sarah to trigger an allergic reaction. Belle noted that Rachel was a child who had shown remorse and that she did not think that Sarah would press charges. Brady told Belle about how the incident had triggered a suppressed memory in Rachel. Brady told Belle that Rachel had accidentally shot EJ, and he believed Kristen had confessed to protect Rachel.
Brady confessed to Sarah that Rachel had intentionally exposed her to pistachios. Brady also told her that Rachel had shot EJ. Sarah asked Brady to tell Rachel that she forgave her. When Xander attempted to visit Marlena at the hospital, he learned about Sarah’s allergic reaction. Xander checked in on Sarah, and she said she was fine thanks to Brady. Xander thanked Brady, then left when Sarah asked Xander to go.
Stephanie hired Holly as her assistant. When Stephanie joined Alex and Chanel for a drink in the square, Stephanie said her favorite part of babysitting was giving the child back to their parents. Alex asked Stephanie if she did not want kids. Stephanie said she was not ready to be a mother now, but she wanted to be one in the future. Alex appeared disappointed.
Tate confided to Ari that he was close to flunking out of college. Aria urged Tate to ask for help, but he was embarrassed. Tate made Ari promise not to tell Ari. At Friendsgiving dinner, Aaron and Ari told Tate and Holly about their visit with Sophia. Aaron suggested that Tate visit Sophia to see if it would help her recover. Holly gave Tate her blessing.
In the DiMera crypt, Tony told Kristen that Rachel would realize that she was better off without her mother. Kristen warned Tony never to question her parenting again, and she insisted that her only concern was her daughter’s happiness. Kristen continued to dig into the crypt floor in an attempt to escape.
Roman held a trivia night at the pub, and Steve and Kayla played against Philip and Gabi. While walking through the square afterwards, Philip and Gabi ran into Xander. Gabi invited Xander to join her family and Philip at their Thanksgiving dinner, but Xander declined.
Tate visited Rachel at Bayview, but she was sedated and asleep. Belle delivered Thanksgiving dinner to Marlena in her hospital room. When Brady told Marlena about the pistachio incident and the triggered memory, Marlena admitted she had known the truth about EJ’s shooting. Brady was upset, but Marlena explained that it was best for Rachel to recover her memory in her own time.
Alex read a disturbing piece of mail for Stephanie from an obsessed fan. The couple attended Kate and Roman’s Thanksgiving dinner with Steve and Kayla. Alex took Steve aside to ask him to investigate the fan letter he had read.
Philip joined the Hernandez family for Thanksgiving dinner. Javi asked Leo if they could move into their own place. Leo used Javi’s mother’s engagement ring to propose to Javi. The happy couple celebrated their engagement with Javi’s family and Philip.
