Days of our Lives has a new DiMera mystery in store that could change Marlena's life forever. The hottest plots for the week of September 21 to 25, 2026, show Steve getting some news, EJ embarking on a new dirty plot, and good news for at least one Salem pair.
Who is Dominic Marino?
Marlena (Deidre Hall) has more disturbing memories this week that she can't quite seem to make any sense of. She keeps seeing the Celtic knot, but things become even more disturbing when Steve (Stephen Nichols) comes to her with information about Dominic Marino.
He found the man's birth certificate. Not surprisingly, he is another one of Stefano's children because you can't have too many of those on Days of our Lives. But Marlena stops short when she sees his mother's name listed. Is Dominic Marlena's son with Stefano, meaning DAYS has now done the unthinkable? If it has, it's also a good thing it can be taken back.
Dirty Plots
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) finds herself in legal trouble this week and something tells us that EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) is behind it all. He knows she is looking into the Coriseal mess and aims to stop her in her tracks. Too bad EJ has Sarah's men to contend with as Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Xander (Paul Telfer) get to work trying to defend her. Kayla will do the same.
Johnny (Carson Boatman) is sickened by the entire Coriseal disaster and warns his sister that she might not want to stay in Salem. Perhaps Sydney (Sydney Malakeh) wants to stay far away from their father, who only seems to cause trouble.
Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) also has a dirty trick up her sleeve when she researches how to fail a nerve test. It looks like Stephanie knows just what Joy is up to.
The Prodigal Son
Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) return to Salem, all ready to brag about his winnings in Monte Carlo. However, when he gets to the Kiriakis mansion, he finds that it is already empty. Everyone has moved. But has the paperwork been signed? Is it too late?
