Days of our Lives Hot Plots July 6 to 10: Fury, Fears, and a Race Against Time

Days of our Lives continues Salem summer months with big surprises, hot emotions, and even hotter plots the week of July 6 to 10, 2026. You won't believe what EJ and Kristen (and others) have in store for Salem.

Watch Out For Kristen

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) seems to be spiraling out of control. The longer Rachel (Lorelei Mote) lingers in Bayview, the more vengeful and vindictive Kristen seems to become. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen clash over Rachel to start the week, but Kristen also has to deal with Gwen's (Emily O'Brien) wrath. After Leo (Greg Rikaart) calms her down, Gwen confronts Kristen about sleeping with Xander behind her back.

Kristen doesn't feel much remorse because she tells Gwen that Xander clearly needed someone else to satisfy him. Will that result in a slap across the face for Kristen, something she dearly deserves from someone at this point?

Medical Mystery Solutions

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is surprised when a big clue turns up on her desk. For some reason, one of her medical books is open to a page about arsenic poisoning. Does she realize that someone is trying to tell her what is wrong with Holly (Ashley Puzemis)?

If she does, why would Sarah accuse Holly of taking drugs later in the week? Does she think Holly purposely took something that put her in contact with arsenic? By the end of the week, Sarah and Brady will do some more digging, but what will they find?

Around Salem...

Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) bond this week when they both learn of deep betrayals. Kristen is again on a tear when she tells Theo about how his mother really developed a brain tumor. Is this the betrayal that leads Theo to run to Chanel for support? By Friday, Johnny and Paulina (Jackee Harry) have to comfort Chanel. Does she get bad news about her cancer?

After Leo calms Gwen down, he has another run-in with Javi (Jacob Martinez) and even tries to gain sympathy from his ex, but does it work?

On the ISA front, Rafe (Galen Gering) threatens to pull Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) from her assignment after he learns that she underwent hypnosis with Marlena (Deidre Hall). Will he tell her that Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) sanctioned this hypnosis?
