Days of our Lives Spoilers, April 3: Stephanie confronts Owen Kent

Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, April 3, 2026, tease a big day for Stephanie as she finally has her moment with Owen Kent.

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) is more traumatized than she expected to be after her stalker and kidnapping ordeal. It is all behind her now, but she still needs to have her say in order to move on. Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) will be returning to prison, but not before she has some controlled time alone with him.

Despite Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Steve's (Stephen Nichols) strong objections, Stephanie insists on seeing Owen alone in the Salem PD interrogation room. She even closes the blinds to make sure they can't watch. Owen is thrilled to see her and remains as delusional as ever.

Stephanie makes it as clear as she can to Owen that they will never be together and that he disgusts her. She didn't want him years ago and she doesn't want him now. Owen continues to taunt Stephanie, even as she angrily lets loose on him, but she needs to do this to move forward.

Will this give Stephanie what she needs? Will this be the cathartic experience that she expects or will this just make things worse between her and Alex?

Meanwhile, Steve does a big thing when he chooses to offer Jeremy (Michael Roark) his apologies after assuming the worst about him.

Belle's big surprise

Belle (Martha Madison) is all ready to move in with Shawn (Brandon Beemer) for a bit to nurse him back to health. She is pleased that they can have a close and friendly relationship after all their years as husband and wife. However, Belle is not prepared for what Shawn has to tell her.

Shawn turns down Belle's offer to be his nursemaid because he has already found one. He is going to move into Jada's (Elia Cantu) place for a bit, which unnerves Belle because Shawn and Jada were once involved. She tries not to take things personally, but Shawn's choice certainly comes as a big surprise. But what does this decision mean for Jada and Shawn? Will they resume their sexual relationship?
