Days of our Lives Spoilers August 18: Date Night Adventures Take Surprise Turns

Days of our Lives takes a walk on the lighter side on Tuesday when some of our favorite Salemites try to just enjoy themselves among the drama and chaos. Spoilers for August 18, 2026, show a good time at the Brady Pub, plus an emotional time at the hospital.

Pub Trivia Time

Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is on baby duty watching Trey, but also appears to have another date with Foster (Miles Anderson) at the Brady Pub. It looks like it's trivia night again, so Trey will just have to come along for the ride.

When there, they run into Aaron (Louis Tomeo) and Ari (Vico Escorcia), who Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard) have just set up to have a nice evening together. When Aaron sees Trey, he will feel an emotional pull. He will even imagine what it is like to raise an infant, considering that Trey is about to become a big brother.

When Aaron holds Trey, things become a little tense, so Julie may have to step in and understand she just created an awkward moment. Ari once lived with Trey, so she also has affection for the baby.

Later, things get interesting between Julie and Foster when he tries to kiss her. Is Foster making a mistake by moving too fast with Julie, or is she just really not that into him?

While Trey has a fun night out with Julie, his parents are in the thick of it at the hospital. Both Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Lexie (Nikki Crawford) need blood transfusions, so their loved ones volunteer to be blood donors.

That's where Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) end up right next to one another as they donate blood. As they get to talking, Theo realizes that Johnny was well aware of what was going on with Lexie and never said anything.

Theo thought that he and Johnny were partners in business and friends and cousins outside work. Now, Theo is not sure that he can trust Johnny at all. This rift is coming at the worst time while Chanel gives birth and Lexie lies dying. Can Paulina (Jackee Harry) come along and solve their problems?
