Here are your Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, December 5, 2025.
What to expect on Days of our Lives
Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) only filed for custody of Thomas and Charlotte two weeks ago (and two days ago in Salem time) and the custody hearing is already here. An angry Jennifer arrives at the judge's office with Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Thomas, but can't believe that they have not heard from Chad (Billy Flynn). Not only that, but Chad is nowhere to be found.
The judge (who is the same judge from Johnny DiMera's trial) listens to Justin's (Wally Kurth) arguments on Jack and Jennifer's behalf and makes note of the fact that Chad is not there. Thomas is also hurt that his father didn't show up and tells the judge exactly how he feels. This doesn't look like it will end well for Chad at all, but Cat wants to help.
She offers Jennifer a deal, but Jennifer doesn't want to hear anything from Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) at all. However, EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) is another story altogether as he has dinner with Cat and tries to learn as much about their time in Italy together as possible. What he doesn't know is that Cat has something else up her sleeve.
DiMeras in the crypt
While Jennifer fights for custody of Chad's children and EJ enjoys some time with Cat in the main house, his siblings remain on the DiMera grounds, locked in the crypt. Tony (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) were surprised when Chad became their latest arrival, but at least they are all together to bond, right?
Tony and Kristen catch Chad up on what's been going on, but they don't know much. They have no idea who brought them there, but at least they are fed and have bottles of water.

Neither Chad nor Kristen don't wants their respective children to think they have been abandoned, but that's easier said than done. Kristen has no idea that Rachel (Alice Halsey) is in Bayview and Chad is missing his own custody hearing, so they have to find a way out of there. However, it looks like another DiMera will join them before that happens.
