Days of our Lives Spoilers, February 4: Will a new secret send Vivian's plan off the rails?

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Rafe (Galen Gering) and Eli (Lamon Archey) think they hit paydirt in Alamania and it's Vivian's (Louise Sorel) job to lay it on thick and make them believe that the crypt feed really was going to Alamania, but she has to look innocent. Her goal is to bring down the Von Leuchners for what Katerina Von Leuchner (Carly Manning, played by Crystal Chappell) did to her beloved nephew, Lawrence (Michael Sabatino).

Vivian plays her part well and relishes her lies. She needs to point all suspicion Dimitri's (Peter Porte) way, but her plan could go awry quickly. Rafe and Eli are set to make a surprising discovery in Vivian's castle, but is it a discovery that Vivian planted at Gwen's (Emily O'Brien) behest or do they find some evidence to prove that Vivian is lying?

Vivian is walking afine line, playing Gwen's game, so she had better remain on high alert. At least Rafe is not the best FBI agent in the world and typically has a ton of problems solving crimes. Will Eli's presence help him out at all? At least Eli gets to work for the FBI in DC when the agency placed Rafe in Salem.

Liam's mea culpa

After agreeing to help Rafe in exchange for not ending up in prison, Liam (Hank Northrop) decides he needs to apologize to Abe (James Reynolds) immediately. The guilt has been eating away at him ever since he realized that he was an accomplice in Theo's (Tyler Joseph Andrews) kidnapping. He was afraid to tell Abe, but now that he has been found out, he knows that he has to.

Liam shows up at Paulina (Jackee Harry) and Abe's apartment to tell him the truth. He just needed to make some extra cash, so he took a job delivering food to the DiMera crypt. However, he didn't hurt anyone, nor did he realize what he was really doing at first.
