Days of our Lives Spoilers, June 10: Stephanie shoots first, asks questions later

Days of our Lives continues the week with a literal bang as Stephanie makes a huge error in judgement. According to the latest spoilers for Wednesday, June 10, 2026, Alex has to diffuse quite a chaotic situation in his living room.

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) didn't bother listening to her father when he told her to keep her gun in a lockbox and the bullets separately in another drawer. Of course, Stephanie keeps a loaded gun loose in an end table so she can grab it and shoot at the first sign of danger.

Stephanie was on the couch after taking some sleeping pills when she heard Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) trying to get in with her new key. She immediately grabbed the gun, aimed it toward the door, and shot.

Thankfully, it doesn't appear that she manages to hit Joy, but Joy is understandably freaked out, nonetheless. Joy insists on calling the police, so Jada (Elia Cantu) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) drop by to take a report and the gun as evidence. Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) tries to reason with Joy, but Joy might be the only person making any sense in this situation.

If Joy does not want her daughter anywhere near Stephanie, that would be quite a reasonable decision.

Amy opens up

Amy (Shi Ne Nielson) is still mourning Sophia (Rachel Boyd), but at least she seems to have a friend to turn to when she meets with Melinda (Tina Huang) at Small Bar. Melinda is horrified knowing what happened to Sophia and feels her own sense of guilt for enabling the girl.

Will Melinda tell Amy about all the things she did for the troubled teen? Amy won't take kindly to someone who helped her daughter manipulate like that.

While Amy and Melinda spend time bonding at Small Bar, Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard) take a little time for themselves at the gym, where Tate is now working. Tate teaches Holly the art of self-defense as she smiles for the first time in weeks.

Oddly enough, Gwen (Emily O'Brien) stops by and gets in some rounds with a punching bag. Is she still that angry at EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) and Xander (Paul Telfer)?
